Above subject was stopped by Major Ron Madrid, after subject was seen operating his vehicle in a very careless manner. While making contact with the subject, several signs of impairment were detected. Deputy B. Viapando arrested the male subject for DWI.

Arrested: Driver - Antonio Sweeney - age 23, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Passenger - Leandra Daniels - age 18, Santa Fe, NM
The above deputy attempted a traffic stop on the above driver. The driver fled and drove into the area of the Cedar Creek Apts. The driver resisted arrest and struck another deputy with his knee. The above passenger also tried to flee and while being detained, kicked a deputy.
The driver exhibited signs of impairment and later agreed to take a breath test. The results were .13 and .12. The driver and passenger were both booked into ADC.

Victim left her residence on 04-07-09 at approximately 8:45am. While leaving she observed a green in color SUV parked at her neighbors residence. Upon arriving home she found the above items. Entry was gained through the office window. This case is currently under investigation.

On 04-07-09 the victim reported that sometime between November 2008 and December 2008 his 2001 Subaru had been burglarized. The victim stated that he had left his vehicle unlocked in his driveway. The victim stated that the only thing missing was the phone. No suspects had been identified at this time.

The victim reported that she received a call from a credit card company advising her of late charges on her account. The victim denied having a credit card with the company. The account was opened by someone in the victim's name since August of 2008. The case is under investigation.

Deputies located the above named invididual sitting inside a parked vehicle at above listed location. The individual was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquior and/or drug. The defendant was tested and arrested on above charges, he was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported that at approx, 0123hrs hrs this 22yr old son took his vehicle: A 1999 GMC Yukon, white in color, bearing NM plate# 770-PAF, after he refused to give him a ride to Truchas, NM. Suspect found a "hidden key", to start and take the vehicle. Entered into NCIC.

on the above date, the above defendant was stoped for speeding 70mph on a posted 35mph zone. Uopn making contact, the defendant admitted to drinking and advised he wanted to kill himself. The defendant refused to submit to a chemical test and was arrested. Defendant was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

Charged: Agg. DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, License to be carried
On 4/4/09 driver was observed travelling south on SR 599 Frontage Road failing to maintain her lane of travel. A traffic stop was initiated which found the driver to be showing signs of impairment. Driver could not produce a driver's license. Driver had her 3 year old son in the vehicle. Driver was given SFST's and was placed under arrest for showing signs of impairment. Driver was read the NM Implied Consent Act and she agreed to give a breath test, BrAC results were .26 and .26. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
