Victim stated that when he returned his Magellan tent, a Northface sleeping bag, a propane cylinder, a Northern stove, an Igloo cooler, a Jeep dufflebag, camp cookware, and a Coleman lantern. Estimated value of items taken is $1295.00.

On the above date the alarm at the above location was activated at 12:48 PM. Upon checking the residence a screen on a window located at the rear of the residence had been pushed in. The entire residence was checked but no one was found inside. Nothing appeared to be missing.

On the above date the victim reported that someone entered his business property between 07-14-09 5:30 PM and 07-15-09 8:00 AM and stole several air conditioning units. After reviewing the surveillence tape the suspect was identified, located and placed under arrest.

Suspect is the respondent on an existing restraining order. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 7/14/09 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival contact was made with driver in which he showed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to drinking alcohol and submitted to a series of field sobriety tests in which he was found to be impaired. Suspect was arrested and read NM Implied Consent and agreed to submit to a breath test. His BrAC results were .07, .07. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

CHARGES: DWI-FELONY, REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE, NO TAIL LIGHTS, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
ON THIS DATE DEPUTY OBSERVED VEHICLE SOUTH BOUND ON STATE ROAD #14 WITH NO TAIL LIGHTS. DEPUTY FOLLOWED VEHICLE ONTO CAMINO BAJO AND OBSERVED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT MAINTAINING ITS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AND THE DRIVER WAS IDENTIFED AS GILBERT J. SUAZO. MR. SUAZO WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND DRIVING ON A REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE. DWI INVESTIGATION FOUND THAT MR. SUAZO WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND HE WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE MR. SUAZO HAD FOUR DWI ACTIONS ON HIS DRIVER'S HISTORY BEFORE THIS DATE. MR. SUAZO WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

IT WAS REPORTED THAT ELAINE HAS NOT RETURNED HOME TO THIS DATE. eLAINE IS REPORTED TO BE NATIVE AMERICAN, 5-3 TALL, ABOUT 140, BROWN HAIR, AND EYES AND DARK SKIN. ELAINE IS ENTERED INTO NCIC AT THIS TIME. CHECK OF THE AREA WAS CONDUCTED AND ELAINE WAS NOT LOCATED.
