The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. He exhibited signs of impairment and had a revoked driver's license. He was placed under arrest and he submitted to a breath test. The results were .24 and .25. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 02-22-09 the victim reported that an employee of hers had house sit for her while she was out of town. The employee was being evicted from her own residence. The victim found a box of unopened mail belonging to the victim and her mother. A bank bag for the victim's business was found and $9,000.00 was found to be missing. It was also learned that the the suspect opened a cell phone account and paid for hotel rooms off of the business account.

DEPUTY ARRIVED AND FOUND SUSPECT OUTSIDE AND AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETEDSUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGE. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

ON THIS DATE OFFICER STOPPED A 2008, DODGE RAM PICKUP FOR SPEEDING 59/35 ON THE HIGHWAY 599 FRONTAGE ROAD. DRIVER OF VEHICLE AND ONE PASSENGER WERE FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING. iNVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT WAS THE ONE THAT PURCHASED THE BEER FOR THE TWO PERSONS IN THE VEHICLE AND THEY WERE UNDER 21 YOA. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE CHARGES.

Subject was observed traveling westbound on Airport Road not wearing his seatbelt and displaying an expired temporary registration. Upon contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered the standardized Field sobriety test and was placed under arrest. Driver was also arrested on a outstanding warrant out of District Court.
