Victim reported that on 7-12-09 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. an unknown person gained unlawful entry into her residence by removing the screen to an unsecured window.  The victim is in the process of moving in and advised that it did not appear that anything was stolen or damaged.  No supect or witness information is available at this time.

On this date victims mother reported her 21 year old son Robert Morrison as missing. It was reported that Robert had went to a car show in Albuquerque but never returned home. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue and white silk shirt. He was last seen in a blue 2003 Saab 4 door car. Robert was interned into NCIC.


CASE 0209006197 / AGGRAVATED DWI, DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED AND OPEN CONTAINER / 07-13-2009

LOCATION: LOS PINOS ROAD / CERRO DEL ALAMO, IN THE LA CIENEGA AREA.

ARRESTED;  FRANCISCO PEREZ, 24 YOA MALE WHO LIVES IN SANTA FE AREA.

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED DWI, OPEN CONTAINER & DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS REPORTED BY CITIZENS AS AN IMPAIRED DRIVER EAST BOUND ON LOS PINOS ROAD.  SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AND STOPPED BY DEPUTY.  SUSPECT SHOULD SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT.  DEPUTY HAD SUSPECT EXIT THE VEHICLE AND HE WAS TESTED AND SHOWED SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT DURING THIS TESTING AND WAS ARRESTED.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND NOT HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND HAD OPEN CAN OF TECATE BEER.  SUSPECT REFUSED BREATH TEST AND WAS THEN CHARGED WITH THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

CHARGES:  WARRANT FAILURE TO APPEAR

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY WAS ASSISTING OTHER OFFICERS IN LOCATING RUNAWAYS AT SUSPECTS HOUSE.  DURING INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT SUSPECT HAD A WARRANT FOR HER ARREST OUT OF SANTA FE MUNICIPAL COURT.  SUSPECT WAS TAKEN INOT CUSTODY WITH OUT INCIDENT AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE THE WARRANT WAS SERVED.

CASE 0209006155 / BURGLARY-LARCENY / 07-11-2009

LOCATION:  2200 BLOCK OF HENRY LYNCH ROAD, SANTA FE AREA

ITEMS STOLEN:  JEWELRY COSTUME AND A SET OF MENS AND WOMENS WEDDING RIGNS, COINS AND CASH, ITEMS VALUED AT ABOUT $2,600.00.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT SHE LEFT THE HOUSE AROUND 06:30 PM AND RETURNED AROUND 10:15 PM AND FOUND WHERE UNKNOWN SUSPECT (S) HAD USED A SMALL STEP LADDER AND REMOVED A SCREEN FROM THE WINDOW AND ENTERED THE HOUSE.  SUSPECTS RANSACKED THE RESIDENCE AND REMOVED THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE AND THEN LEFT THE AREA.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
