On 02-16-2009 Deputies were dispatched to assist the Santa Fe Fire Department at the above address. It was learned that a Paramedic with the Fire Department was struck in the face by the above individual. She was placed under arrest and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 08-14-07 and 10-23-07 several transactions occurred where the victims were tricked into purchasing land and home deals in New Mexico and California. The victims mortgaged their house and wired a total of $379,500.00 to two brothers, who were brokering the deal. The victims had not had any further contact with the suspects after the money was transferred.

CHARGES: POSSESSION OF COCAINE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, SUSPENDED REVOKED LICENSE, OPEN CONTAINER, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC, DWI
On this date, suspect was observed driving a motor vehicle and was not able to stay in his lane of the roadway, east bound on Valle Vista. Suspect was stopped for traffic violation and was found to be under the influence at the time. Suspect was found to have drug paraphernalia and a open bottle of alcohol. Suspect was found to have a suspended drivers license. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center where officers located a baggie of cocaine on his person. Suspect was booked on the above listed charges. Passenger in motor vehicle was issued a criminal citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and released. Vehicle was impounded.
