On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a violent male subject who was beating another male and breaking windows. Upon arrival the defendant was uncooperative and began to ignore requests by officer to calm down. The defendant cantinued to ignore orders to allow officers to secure him. He was warned several times that he would be Tazed. He then began to approach officers violently. He was tazed, and he pulled out the wires continuing to resist officers. He was finally secured, and an ambulance was dispatched to the scene. The defendant had broken his uncle's leg while beating him and broke his windshield to his vehicle. While the medics were trying to care for the defendant, he spat at them striking two of them on the face. The defendant was first transported to St. Vincent's Hospital then to the adult detention center where he was booked accordingly.

Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date, the above named officer witnessed the defendant traveling with the vehcile high beams on. The defendant failed to dim headlights and a traffic stop was initaited. Upon making contact with the defendant, he displayed signs of impairment. The dfendant failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant requested a blood draw and was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital prior to being booked at the adult detention center.

On the above date, officer were dispatched to the above location regarding a reckless driver in the area. The defendnantwas witnessed and identified by private security driving recklessly in the area. Upon officer's arrival, the defendant was seen operating his vehicle pulling into his driveway. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. Defendant had a .19 BrAC and was transported to the adult detention center.

Location: 18558 US 84/285, Espanola, NM (Rhoc gas station)
On 3/20/09 victim stopped at the above location after seeing that the above vehicle had been stopped on a traffic violation. Victim had made a reckless driver complaint on the vehicle while on I-25. Victim asked the driver after the traffic stop was over to what the problem was. Suspect then pulled out a small caliber handgun with a black hand grip out from the dash area and racked a round. Suspect held the weapon near his lap and pointed the weapon towards the driver's side door. Victim began flagging deputy down and suspect drove away. Visual of suspect was seen by deputy and was lost northbound on SR 76.

On 3/20/09 victim attempted to renew his New Mexico driver's license and the Department of Motor Vehicles advised him that he could not do so because he had several citations on his record. Victim knew that he had not been in the Santa Fe area because he lives in Los Angeles. Victim stated that he looked into his own record and discovered that his brother has been using his identity.

On 3/20/09 victim stated that she returned home on 3/17/09 at about 1930 hours. She noticed that the front door was open. Victim stated that there was no forced entry. Victim stated that she noticed several items that were missing throughout the week. Victim stated that unknown person(s) took a Canon camera, 2 lenses, costume jewelry and vintage jewelry, a pair of sunglasses, and 20 various CD's. Estimated amount of items taken is $8380.00.
