On this date suspect was observed approching officer who was on a traffic stop on I-25, with his high beam lights on and refused to move over into the passing lane. Suspect almost struck officer as he past. Officer stopped suspect and found that he was under the influence and driving on a revoked drivers. Suspect was arrest and transported to the Adult Detention Center with out incident on the above listed charges.

On 02-07-09 Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a Domestic Dispute. The victim reported that her husband (Lee Druktenis) was intoxicated. He began demanding that the victim tell him how much money was made during a yard sale. The above individual then grabbed the victim by her upper arm and shook her. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
