On 07-19-09 the victim reported that between 07-18-09 and todays date, unknown suspect(s) had forced entry into his residence. The unknown suspect(s) had used a large hammer to force entry into the residence. The unknown suspect(s) had also attempted to pry the bedroom window open. There did not appear to be any items missing from the residence.

On 07-19-09 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an Unattended Death. Upon arrival it was learned that an 82 year old male was found unresponsive. Santa Fe Med 50 attempted to revive the male, but was unable too. The male had a lenghty medical history. No foul play was found and it appeared the incident was do to natural causes.

Deputy responded to report of auto burglary. Victim reports 2002 Chevrolet pick-up entered by force and a purse including cell-phone and various items were taken. A second victim was located with forced entry into a 1993 Acura. Unknown items taken from Acura. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 7/16/09 5:00pm and 7/17/09 8:00am some unknown person unlawfully entered the Eldorado community center and stole a Dell laptop computer. Arrested: Alvaro Rodriguez 34yoa
On the above date, the above named officers responded to Los Pinos Rd. regarding a violent domestic disturbance involving the defendant. Upon arrival the suspect had fled the scene. The victim advised that the defendant slapped her in the face, broke her bedroom door and struck her fifteen year old daughter. Officer located suspect driving on Cerrillos Rd. where a short pursuit insued and the suspect was later apprehended. The suspect displayed several clues of being intoxicated. Defendant had a .23 and .20 BrAC. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center on the above listed charges.

Upon arrival, the victim advisedthat person(s) unknown gained unlawful forced entery into his home and stole serval power tools, a pressure washer, a small cement mixer and three Apple lap-top computers.

On the above date, the above officer responded to the area of the above location regarding the above offense. Upon arrival the victim advised that his mother attacked him whil he was at his grandparent's home. he advised that his mother tore his shirt and scratched him on the chest. The suspect had fled the area prior to officer's arrival.
0209006376 Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle 07-18-09

Location: 6400 block of Vuelta Ventura SFNM
On the above date, the above officer responded to the area of the above location regarding a stole motor vehicle. Upon speaking with the victim, he av=dvised that on this date at approximately 1:50am he went outside to warm up his vehicle and then reentered his home. Upon going back ouitside, the vehicle was gone. Teh vehicle was a 2003 Honda Civic 2 door, which was blue in color. The vehicle should be bearing New Mexico license plate HCG-031. The vehicle was entered in NCIC.
