LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF WEST ARROYO ALAMO, CHIMAYO AREA

ARRESTED:  ALFRED TRUJILLO, 33 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  RESISTING EVADING - SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS AND AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

On this date victim reported that the above suspect, his wife and daught a 14 year old juvenile went over to her house and fired two gun shots into the air.  Victim and suspects have been involved in on going problems in the past.  Suspects then went back to their house were deputys located them.  Alfred Trujillo took off on foot and was stopped when deputy used his Taser on him.  Alfred was arrested and found to have two warrants for his arrest.  Alfreds daughter was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.  Alfred was taken to the Adult Detention Center and booked on the warrants and for resisting.  Case referred to CID for futher investigation and pending charges on Alfred and his wife.


CASE 0209000322 / AGGRAVATED ASSAUALT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON-dwI-CONSPIRACY-POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE / 01-10-2009

DEPUTY ASIGNED:  DEPUTY BRIAN MARKLEY, DEPUTY SOLOMON ROMERO

COMMANDER;  SGT CLIFTON COLEMAN

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF SAN MATEO COURT, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED: DENNIS R. ROMERO 40 YOA MALE, TONY E. VARGAS, 43 YOA MALE

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, CONSPIRACY, DWI AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE.

On this date the above listed suspects were driving around the San Mateo Court, driving in and out of yards ina reckless manner.  Suspect then confronted victim in the area over a supposed bad drug deal.  Suspects then pulled a baseball bat out of their vehicle and threatened victim.  Suspects then fled the area, but were located on State Road 14 by deputies.  Romero was driving at the time and was found to be intoxicated.  Vargas was found in possession of marijuana.  Both Romero and Vargas were arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center.


CASE 0209000348 / DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED LICENSE-SPEEDING / 01-11-2009

DEPUTY ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY SHANNON COLES

LOCATION:  HIGHWAY 599 MILE MARKER 3 AREA

ARRESTED:  ERASMO N. SOLIS, 43 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE AND SPEEDING

On this date deputy observed a blue in color chevy pickup, south bound Highway 599 at a high rate of speed. Deputy checked the speed of the vehicle at 79 mph in a 65 mph speed zone.   Deputy stopped vehciel and found that the suspect had a revoked drivers license with the arrest attachments.  Suspect was arrested on above charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center.


Case #: 0209000320/ Posession Of Marijuana under an ounce/ Date: 1-10-09

Location: Fireplace Road    City: Santa Fe

Arrested Person: Tony Vargas  45 year old male

Charges: Posession of Marijuana under an ounce

On 1-9-09, while investigating an aggravated assault case a traffic stop was made on a 2000 GMC pickup.  Suspect Vargas was in the vehicle and was questioned.  A search was conducted on Vargas and an un marked pill bottle was located in his pants pocket.

The bottle was found to have a green leafy substance in it.  A field test kit was used and the substance tested positive to be marijuana.  Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.


0209000319/Battery Against a House Hold Member/1-10-09

Officer assigned: Edward Webb Jr.

Commander: Lieutenant Dennis O'Brien

Location: 100 Block of Camino De Paz       City: Espanola

Arrested Person: Mark Moquino 24 year old male

 Charges: Battery Against a House Hold Member

Deputies responded to the above listed address reference to a domestic dispute. Upon making contact with the victim, victim advised that he was punched several times in the face while driving back to the residence from Los Alamos.  Victim had visible injuries.  Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.


CASE 0209000314 / DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE / 01-10-2009

LOCATION: CERRILLOS ROAD / BECKNER ROAD, SANTA FE AREA.

ARRESTED:  PEDRO RUIZ JR., 29 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE

On this date deputy observed the vehicle south bound on Cerrillos Road, near Beckner Road, speeding and no plate on vehicle.  Deputy stopped vehicle and found where plate had been stolen and the driver had a suspended, cancealed license due to DWI actions.  Suspect was arrested on above listed charges and transported to the Adult Detention Center with out incident.


CASE 0209000318 / WARRANT-SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS / 01-10-2009

ARRESTED:  AMOS NAVA, 21 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  WARRANT FAILURE TO APPEAR DRUG CHARGES

On this date deputies arrived at suspects home and located him.  Suspect was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Magistrate Court for possession of marijuana under one ounce.  Suspect was taken to the Adult Detention Center where the warrant was served.

Suspect:  Patricia Martinez, age 19, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Selling or giving alcohol to minors

On 1/11/09, Victim stated that her daughters came home and that suspect was intoxicated and was arguing with her and throwing things inside the residence.  Suspect was being belligerant and refused to go to a relatives residence.  She was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect:  Raywatt Jongolnee, age 33, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Agg. DWI, Speeding

On 1/11/09 suspect was traveling at 88 mph in a posted 55 mph zone.  Upon contact deputy noticed an odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage emitting from his person and breath.  Suspect showed signs of impairment.  Suspect was placed under arrest and refused to submit to a breath test.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  Valle Vista Blvd., Santa Fe, NM

On 1/11/09, Victim stated that she returned home at about 0140 hours and noticed the interior of her residence was cold.  Victim stated as she checked the residence she observed the west end bedroom window to be shattered.  Victim stated that suspect rifled through items inside.  Victim stated that nothing appeared to taken.  Physical evidence was located at the scene.
