Victim stated his wife left home at about 5:15pm and they both returned home at about 9:30pm. They noticed damage to their front door and signs their house had been rummaged through. A lap top was stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report.

Deputy checked on a vehicle, which was stopped with its lights off in the above intersection. The above driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .14 and .14. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Deputy observed vehicle parked in center of roadway. Deputy contacted driver. After administering standard field sobriety tests, Deputy observed several signs of impairment. Driver was arrested for DWI.

On 03-10-09 the victim reported that her residence was burglarized. The victim reported that she was unknown from 2:00pm and 4:00pm. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry by kicking in the door. Once inside the above items were taken. Suspects are pending at this time.

On 03-10-09 the above person was placed under arrest after being involved in a Motor Vehicle Collision at the above intersection. Investigating Deputy detected an odor of intoxicant coming from the above individual. The above listed person was not able to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The above individual also refused chemical testing. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 3/9/09 deputies responded to above location to serve an active warrant on suspect. Deputies observed suspect outside in front of a vehicle. Suspect saw deputies and fled inside the residence and locked the door. The door was kicked in and suspect was located inside. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
