 Victim reported that his vehicle was burglarized while parked at his home. Entry was gained through an open vehicle door. The above items were taken. There is no suspect information available.

Sometime between 02-02-09 and 02-06-09 someone stole the above item from a residence from Day Flower Drive. The grill was described as being stainless steel with 9 burners. The grill was taken from a residence that is for sale. This case is currently under investigation.

Charges: Battery against a household member

On 02-07-09 Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a Domestic Dispute. The victim reported that her husband (Lee Druktenis) was intoxicated. He began demanding that the victim tell him how much money was made during a yard sale. The above individual then grabbed the victim by her upper arm and shook her. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 02-06-09 at approximately 1608-hours/ 4:08pm, the victim reported that someone had made fraudulent transactions on his account. The victim found several checks had been written to various locations throughout Santa Fe. The victim stated that doesn't go to the establishments that the checks were written. The check were written between 02-02-09 and 02-03-09. This case is currently under investigartion

Charges: D.W.I., Careless Driving, Duty Upon Striking Fixtures or other property upon highway, Open Container, and No Insurance

On 02-07-09 at approximately 6:24pm, the above individual was driving a red Volkswagen Passat. The driver struck the mailbox belonnging to Eldorado Elementary. After striking the mailbox he drove off. The vehicle was found on US 285 and Avenida Vista Grande. A passerby had called in the vehicle as a motorist assist. Deputies responded to the area and found the driver passed out in the driver seat with the engine running. The driver showed signs of impairment. A n open bottle of Santa Fe Pale Ale was found inside the vehicle. The driver had vomited outside of his vehicle prior to the Deputies arrival. The driver showed signs of impairment and placed under arrest. The driver again vomited outside the arresting Deputy's vehicle. The driver was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for a blood draw. He was then booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Above subjected was stopped for a violation of traffic offense. During contact, Deputy noted several cues of impairment. Above subject was arrested by virtue of driving while intoxicated.

Charges: Distribution of a Controlled Substance to wit: Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Rafael Dominguez age: 18

On 02-06-09 a traffic stop was conducted on a red Ford Mustang after it was found to be displaying the wrong plate. The above individual was the passenger in the vehicle. During an inventory search of the vehicle a plastic bag containing Marijuana was found along with a pyrex pipe and rolling papers. The subject was placed under arrest. While being searched he was found to have 5 individual bags of Marijuana hidden in his shoes. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Ricardo Venzor-Gutierrez age: 18

A traffic stop was conducted on a 1996 Ford Mustang bearing NM KRH728 after it was learned that the plate displayed belonged to a GMC utility vehicle. The above individual was the driver of the vehicle and did not have a valid driver's license. The vehicle was also uninsured and not registered. An inventory of the vehicle was being conducted when a plastic bag conaining Marijuana was located along with a Pyrex pipe and rolling papers. The individual was cited for the traffic violations and arrested on the above charges.

0209001170 Battery on a Household member/DWI 02-07-09

Location: 86 Paseo C De Baca #1 SFNM

Arrested: Miguel A Gomez Hernandez 34yoa

On the above date, officer responded to the above location regarding a violent domestic.  Upon arrival, the defendant had fled the scene.  Victim advised that the defendant had beat and kicked her prior to leaving.  She advised that he was driving a single cab GMC truck which was grey in color.  While atttempting to locate the vehicle , it was seen on State Rd. 14 and turned onto Interstate  25 southbound.  Officer conducted a traffic stop and positively identified the dendant as the suspect on the battery.  Prio to the stop the defendant cropssed the edgeline twice and had open container of Bud Light beer inside the cab.  Defendant displyed signs of impairment and was arrested.  The defendant had a BrAC .12 and was boooked accordingly at the adult detention center.
