The above subject was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for having expired registration. He was found in possession of an open alcoholic beverage and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC. Two other passengers were found to be juveniles and were released to their parents and their names referred to JPO.

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and located the above subject slumped down behind the steering wheel in his vehicle. He displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The results of his breath test were .15 and .18. He was booked into ADC.

The above driver was stopped for speeding and failing to maintain a lane on US 84/285. The driver showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .12 and .13 and he was booked into ADC.

On this date deputy observed suspect at a red light at the intersection of Old Las Vegas Highway and Rodeo Road. Suspect accellerated and took off at a high rate of speed. Suspect was located in a parking lot by deputy on Old Las Vegas Highway. Suspect was found to have been drinking and appeared to be very intoxicated. Suspect was arrested after DWI investigation was completed. Suspect had a breath alcohol result of .32 / .31 BrAC. Suspect was trasported to the Adult Detention Center with out incident.
CASE 0209000762 - CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELIQUENCY OF A MINOR, BUYING SELLING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR / 01-24-2009

ARRESTED: 4 JUVENILES, 16 TO 17 YOA
CHARGES: 1 COUNT OF CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELIQUENCY OF A MINOR - 4 COUNTS OF BUYING SELLING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR
On this date officer was sent to the above listede location due to a report of a loud party. Deputy's arrived and found about twenty juveniles in the street drinking beer. As deputy's stopped most of the juveniles fled the area on foot. Four were located inside of the house and all were intoxicated. One juvenile male who lives at the house was arrested and charged with contributing and buying selling alcohol to a minor. The other three were charged with buying selling alcohol to aminor and all were released to their parents. Case is being reffered to the Juvenile Probation Office.

On this date, victim reported some one had broken out the passenger side window od his Frito Lay delivery vehicle. The truck had been fully stocked the night before, but the driver was unable to tell if anything was missing at this time. Victim reported that all of the boxs had been opened, but he would have to do an inventory of the merchandise. Case is still under investigation at this time.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI / ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
On this date Deputy York observed vehicle turning onto State Road #14 and then the vehicle went off of the roadway, then it was driven on the shoulder of the roadway almost to the Alsups. Deputy stopped vehicle and made contact with the driver, listed above. Deputy called for a DWI Officer to come to the location due to the driver appeared to be intoxicated. Deputy Markley arrived and took over investigation. Suspect was taken into custody for being intoxicated. Suspect refused breath test and was chagered with aggravated DWI at that point. Suspect was taken to the Adult Detention Center and booked on above listed charges.
