Charges: Breaking and Entering, Battery against a household member
On 1-29-2009 victim reported that at approximately 10:30 a.m. she was driving in the area of the West Frontage Road and State Road 599 with her 19 year old son. She advised that for unknown reasons her son became very upset and was verbally abusive towards her. The victim advised that when she told her son that she was going to call the police, he grabbed her by the arm and told her he would shoot her if she called. The suspect then exited the car and the victim called police. The suspect was located a short time later at a relatives residence where he admitted to breaking in because it was too cold outside. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Wed 1/28/09, suspect was involved in a single motor vehicle crash, in which he lost control of his vehicle: 1999 Pontiac Grand Am red in color, left the roadway, and got stuck on a dirt embankment. Suspect apeared to be intoxicated, and was arrested after completion of field sobriety tests. Breath tests were .15/.16. Suspect booked and charged accordingly.

On 1/28/09 victim stated that she was getting ready to leave and noticed that the clicker to her gate was not working. She stated that she went to check and noticed the top to the motor was cracked. She stated she found a partial footprint on the gate. Estimated damage amount is about $1500.00.

On 1/28/09 at 1630 hours, a corrections officer while walking around in the parking lot found 2 white in color balloons filled with a green and brown leafy substance. A field test was done and the green leafy substance tested positive for marijuana. No suspect information at this time.

On January 28, 2009 unknown suspect(s) forced entry into residence by using a cinder block to break through front door. Once inside, suspect(s) removed three collectors knives from residence. Footprints were found outside the residence. A partial print was lifted from knife stand.

On the above date the parent to the missing person reported that her daughter had not returned from a game that she attended last night. The Mother stated that she might be in the company of her boyfriend Henry Valdez Adame. A short time later the runaway was located. During this time an NCIC check was done on Henry it revealed that Henry had 5 outstanding arrest warrants. Deputies were told where he could be located and proceeded to that location. A search of the area was done but he could not be located.
