On 1-24-2009 at 8:22 PM, the suspect, while in her capacity as a sales clerk at the location did sell a six pack of beer to male who is under the age of twenty one. This was after the suspect had checked the minor's identification card. It was also revealed that the suspect does not possess a New Mexico alcohol server's permit.

On the above date officers responded to the above location regarding the suspect attempting to take his child while being under the influence of alcohol. The complainant refused to let the suspect take the child and the suspect punched a hole in th enterior wall causing damages under $1,000.00. The suspect was later located and admitted to causing the damage. He was arrested and transported to the adult detetion center.
