Victim reports he had just met a male at a gas station and gave him a ride to see some sights at the above location. The male's demeanor changed when they were at the location and he took the keys to the vehicle and wouldn't give them back. The victim was afraid of how the male was acting and ran away. The male then got in the vehicle and left the area. The vehicle was entered into NCIC and the investigation is ongoing.

Arrested: Dale Sturgeon - age 23, Santa Fe, NM (driver)
Arrested: Derek Martinez - age 20, Santa Fe, NM (passenger)
The above driver was stopped for having been parked illegaly on the roadway at the above location. During the traffic stop, the driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot. The deputy pursued him and apprehended him. He was later found to also have a warrant. The above passenger was also found to have an active arrest warrant. Both individuals were booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Angelica Montoya - age 37, Santa Fe, NM
The above suspect was involved in a domestic altercation while driving on the roadway and was stopped by a SFC Deputy. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Her subsequent breath test results were .17 and .17. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim reported that he took the wheel weights off of his tractor about two months ago and left them on his property near State Road 14. Victim went to pick up the items and discovered that they were missing.

Victim reported that on 3/23/09 she recieved a phone call from Best-Buy advising her that someone attemted to use her credit card number to purchase a Sony Play Station and have it shipped to Kansas. Victim advised Best-Buy and Chase Bank and her credit card charge was declined/refunded the amount of $408.15. Victim is still in posession of the credit card.

On the above date, officer was dispatched to the above the Federal Express Warehouse located at the above locaton. Complainant advised when he arrived to work this morning he noticed that four of the trailers and the building had graffiti on them. He advised that the building was vacant between 1100pm and 4:00am. The damages were estimated at over $1,000.00.

On this date it was reported that sometime between 3/16/09 at 8:00am and 3/23/09 8:00am some unknown person stole a water usage meter from the stanley transfer station. it was unknown how entry was gained into the yard.

Victim stated someone broke into his maroon in color 1999 Ford Expidition at Camino Juliana (the Cedar Creek Apartments), sometime between the time period of 10:00 pm of 3/22/09, and 8:00am 3/23/09. Suspects broke out the rear window to the Expidition with a unknown type of tool. They gained entry and stole a large woofer speaker from the rear of the car valued at about $200.00.

On the above date officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a violent domestic disturbance. The caller a 15 year old victim advised that her father had beaten her and was now beating her mother. The caller along with her three siblings had fled the residnece and ran to a neighbor's home to call for help. Upon making contact at the residence, the mother another victim to this incident advised That the defendant was choking her and her daughter. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the adult detention center.
