the above suspect was observed exiting a private driveway nearly striking the sheriff Deputy's patrol Unit. Upon cintacting the driver the strong odor of alcoholic beverages was detected on the drivers breath. Driver was administered Field Sobriety Test and displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered the breath and the results were .13/.13

On 3/28/09 deputies proceeded to above location and served a bench warrant on the suspect for failure to comply with conditions of probation out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court.  Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date the victim reported that sometime between 03-27-09 9:30 PM and 03-28-09 08:00 AM someone broke the windows to his vehicle, slashed the tires and put dents on the hood. There are no suspects at this time.

0209002631 Battery Against a Household Member/Criminal 03-27-09

Arrested: Raymond Suarez 27yoa and Emily Lovato 21yoa

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival both defendants admitted to being involved in the disturbance.  Ms. Lovato admitted to stricking Mr. Suarez.  Mr. Suarez denied battering Ms. Lovato, but Ms. Lovato advised that he had, and she had injuries consistant with her statement.  Mr. Suarez broke Ms. Lovato's driver's side window to her vehicle as she attempted to leave.  Both were arrested and transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.

On 3/27/09 victim wanted to report that unknown person(s) had taken his 2001 Kaufman 16' trailer from the above location.  Victim stated that it was parked at the above location since 10/01/08 until today.  Estimated value of trailer is $1400.00.  Trailer was entered into NCIC.

On 3/27/09 suspect went to victim's residence confronting an unknown male in a jealous rage.  Victim approached suspect in an attempt to get him to leave.  Suspect then grabbed victim and drug her on the ground causing her to sustain injuries.  Suspect was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies responded to a welfare check of an elderly female at the request of her family and found her deceased.  No foul play suspected.  Case is under investigation.

Items Stolen: Pink Wallet, Visa Card, EBT Card, $150.00 cash

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 9:00am and 1:00pm some unknown person gained entry into the victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole the above items from the vehicles glove box. There were no signs of forced entry on the vehicle.

Items Stole: Polaris ATV valued at about $2500.00

Victim reported that sometime between 3/25/09 1830hrs and 3/26/09 0745hrs some unknown person stole his ATV that was parked in his front yard just bellow his bedroom window. The ATV was then pushed out of the yard and onto the roadway.
