On 03-10-09 the above person was placed under arrest after being involved in a Motor Vehicle Collision at the above intersection. Investigating Deputy detected an odor of intoxicant coming from the above individual. The above listed person was not able to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The above individual also refused chemical testing. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Suspect saw deputies and fled inside the residence and locked the door. The door was kicked in and suspect was located inside. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 3/9/09 deputies were looking for a suspect which had a warrant and was involved in an incident earlier. He was located and ran into the above stated residence. Upon entry suspect was detained along with above stated suspect in which a key chain had fallen out of his pocket. The key chain contained several small packets of cocaine and heroin. Suspect was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Unknown person(s) entered the residence and rummaged through the closet and opened jewelry boxes. Unknown if anything is taken. Evidence was located at the scene.
