94 year old male was found by family member deceased on 11/09/08. Elderly male had been suffering from multiple chronic medical problems. Case is under investigation. No foul play suspected.

On 11-08-08, the above individual was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location. The driver drove the vehicle about a tenth of a mile down the road and then fled on foot from the area. The subject was located about a half mile from the accident location. Subject was found to under the influence of intoxicating liquor and or drugs. Subject was submitted to chemical testing with the result of .19/.19 BrAC. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 11-08-08 at 6:03pm, Alarid was observed operating his vehicle northbound on State Road at the intersection of Camino Bajo. Subject showed sings of impairment. Subject was unable to perform the SFST's. Subject was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for a legal blood draw.

On 11-08-08 at about 3:15pm an anonymous neighbor saw a white truck take the above vehicle from his neighbors residence. It is unknown at this time who stole the trailer. The trailer was described as being a 16 foot flatbed traile, black in color.

Above individual was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Jemez Road. Subject was observed driving pass the scene in a Chevy Suburban. Deputy Lucero attempted to stop the vehicle. The male subject then exited the vehicle and fled into a residence. Contact was then made with the subject at which time an odor of an alcoholic beverage emmitting from his person. Subject showed impairment during all phases of the SFTS's. Subject was then transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department for a breath test. Subject's test results were a .17 and .17 BrAC. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

On 11-07-08 at approximately 1650-hours/ 4:50pm, Deputy responded to a crash on Airport Road at Meadows. Above subject was observed running from the crash. A short chase followed. The subject was taken into custody at the above location. Upon being taken into custody subject was found to be in possession of a white substance, which was field tested with a positive result for cocaine. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Location: 5000 block of Airport Rd. SFNM
On the above date, the above officer responded to the above locationregarding an auto burglary investigation. Upon speaking with the victm, he advised that he returned home from work at approximately 5:00pm and the vehicle was fine. He then stated that upon checking it at 10:00pm he noticed that it had been burglarized. Unknown supect(s) had broken the passenger side window and stole a Pioneer car stereo and amplifer. The victim did have serial numbers for the stolen items and they were entered into NCIC.

The above named defendant nearly collided with a marked patrol vehicle at said location. A traffic stop was conducted and odor of alcohol was found. The defendant admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and submitted to testing. The defendant was arrested and booked accordingly.
