On this date deputy was east bound on Agua Fria, when suspect came out of Lone Star Mobile Park almost stricking his unit. Suspect then took off from officer. After short chase, suspect then would not follow deputys orders. Suspect was taken into custody. Driver's license check showed suspect had 5 warrants for his arrest out of Municipla Count here in Santa Fe. Suspect was charged and booked on above listed charges.

On 02-09-09 Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a domestic dispute. During the investigation it was learned that an argument began over the kitchen not being cleaned. The argument became physical during which time the above subject battered his household member. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 02-09-09 a traffic stop was conducted on a Ford F150 after it was observed speeding. Upon being stopped the driver advised he wanted to harm himself. An amblulance was called to the scene to evaluate the driver. The Deputy detected a distinct odor of Marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. The driver admitted that he did have Marijuana inside the vehicle. A check of the vehicle was conducted and a Crown Royal bag with green leafy substance was found. The substance was field tested with positive result for Marjuana. The subject was evaluated at St. Vincent's Hospital and then transported to the Santa Fe County Jail.

On the above date the victim reported that on 02-07-09 someone broke 17 windows on his mobile home and cabin. They also broke 2 head lights on his 1978 Ford truck. It appears that the damage was done with a BB gun.

ON THIS DATE OFFICER WAS SENT TO LOCATION DUE TO A #911 HANG-UP CALL. DEPUTIES FOUND WHERE SUSPECTS WERE INVOLVED IN A DOMESTIC. DEPUTY OBSERVED JULIE DOWNEY HITTING HER HUSBAND. DURING INVESTIGATION BOTH SUSPECTS RESISTED DEPUTIES AND WERE ARRESTED. BOTH SUSPECTS WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE JULIE WAS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF RESISTING AN OFFICER AND BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER. bRIAN WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF RESISTING AN OFFICER. BOTH SUSPECTS WERE INTOXICATED.
