On the above date, officers were dispatched to the area of interstate 25 Mile marker 272 regarding a posssible intoxicated driver. Officer finally made contact with the defendant on Cerrillos Rd. After making contact with the defendant officer noticed an odor of alcohol from his person. The defendant failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant had a .15 BrAC and was transporte to thje adult detention center.

On the above date officer were dispatched to the above location regarding a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival officer made contact with the defendant an noticed an odor of alcohol. Driver failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant had a .14 BrAC and was transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.

On 3/7/09 suspect was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend and hit her in the face several times, causing bumps and bruises. Suspect left the residence. While Deputy was investigating, the suspect pulled up to the residence in his vehicle, the drove away and was stopped on Airport Rd, where he was arrested, charges booked accordingly.

Victim: 76 yoa male
A family member was unable to establish communication with his father so he went to the residence and forced entry. Once inside, the body of the 76 yoa male was found on the couch in the living room area. Medical Investigator responded and it appears that the victim passed away while watching TV on his couch. The cause of death appears to be of natural causes. No foul play was found.

A Sheriff's Deputy clocked a vehicle speeding 58 MPH in a 35 MPH zone at above listed location. A traffic stop was conducted and it was discovered that the above named individual was driving the vehicle while his NM license was revoked. His vehicle had no insurance or current registration. The subject was also wanted out of Municipal Court. He was booked accoringly on all charges.

Victim reported that between September 2008 and today (3-6-09) at 7:30 a.m. an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his unoccupied residence through a bedroom window and stole a 32" flat screen TV, a Gateway Computer and a Washer and Dryer. The suspects also damaged several interior walls and windows to the residence. Victim estimates the value of the stolen items and the damage at over $4,000.00. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.
