Location of Incident: Lopez Lane Santa Fe, NM
Victim: 74-year-old female
Deputies responded to a residence at the above location in referance to a 74-year-old female unresponsive. Santa Fe County Paramedics who were on scene prior to deputies arrival were unable to resuscitate the female who was pronounced deceased at the scene. There were no signs of foul play and it appears that this death is of natural causes as the deceased suffered from a long medical history.

Location of Incident: I-25 mile post 269 (Rest Area) Santa Fe, NM
Victim: 76 year old male
Deputies responded to a call of a reckless driver who had drove into the parking lot of the rest area on I-25 mile marker 269. Upon officers arrival a bystander approached deputies advising of an unresponsive male in the restroom. EMS arrived on scene and were unable to resuscitate the male who was pronounced deceased at the scene. It was later determined that the male victim was the driver of the reported reckless vehicle. There are no signs of foul play and it appears this death is of natural causes as it was learned that the deceased was en-route to the hospital.

Location Of Incident: Hyde Park
Suspect: Pending
On the above date the victim reported that someone had slashed all the tires on his vehicle, and had done body damage to the vehicle while it was parked at Hyde Park on 10-27-08. This incident stems to another incident that occured to other victims in that area on that same day.

On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding a multi-vehicle crash. Upon arrival the highway had to be shut down for a short period of time to clear debrise from the roadway. Medics were on scene and treating the injured parties. Contact was made with the defendant who displayed signs of impairment. Three persons including the defendant were transported by abulance to the hospital for treatment. All had non-lifethreatening injuries. The defendant was later released and transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly. A blood draw was administered and the results are pending.

CHARGES: LEAVING THE MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH
ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS INVOLVED IN MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH AND FAILED TO STOP. SHE TOOK OFF WHILE OTHER CITIZENS FOLLOWED HER AND KEPT TRYING TO GET HER TO STOP. SHE STOPPED AND DEPUTYS ARRIVED AND TOOK HER INTO CUSTODY AND SHE WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

On this date Sgt. Coleman stopped to help Santa Fe City PSA Officer at a private property motor vehicle crash. Suspect listed above was involved in crash and was found to be under the influence. Suspect was arrested and trasported to the Adult Detention Center and booked on above charges.

Victim reported that on Oct. 28, 2008 between 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. the exterior wall of a commercial building where she is employed was graffittied with black spray paint causing an estimated $5000.00 in damage. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim reported hearing a gunshot at approximately 5:00 A.M. on Oct. 28, 2008. At approximately 7:00 A.M. (same date) victim located a bullet hole in the front living room window of her residence. The bullet then entered into an interior wall of the residence. A casing from a 9mm bullet was located on the roadway east of the residence which was in-line with the living room window. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
