While Deputy was investigating a motor vehicle collision, he observed suspect yelling at another male that he was going to mess another male up (in reference to fighting the male). Upon deputy speaking to suspect, suspect walked away from deputy and became disorderly by yelling and being boisterous. While deputy was placing suspect in handcuffs, suspect pulled away from deputy. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date the victim reported that on 12-08-08 he purchased a vehicle over the internet on E-Bay. He sent the suspect $4,285.00 to an address in Dalas Tx. and kept in communication with the suspect. As of last week he has not heard back from the suspect and has received the vehicle.

Witness stated he heard glass breaking and went outside to see two males fleeing from the victim's vehicle. One of the windows had been broken and a Sony brand amp was stolen from inside the car. The suspects had not been located at the time of report. The identity of the suspects is still unknown.

On 02-16-2009 Deputies were dispatched to assist the Santa Fe Fire Department at the above address. It was learned that a Paramedic with the Fire Department was struck in the face by the above individual. She was placed under arrest and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 08-14-07 and 10-23-07 several transactions occurred where the victims were tricked into purchasing land and home deals in New Mexico and California. The victims mortgaged their house and wired a total of $379,500.00 to two brothers, who were brokering the deal. The victims had not had any further contact with the suspects after the money was transferred.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference a possible overdose. During the investigation it was learned that the above listed person was in a physical altercation with his wife. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
