Arrested: Veda Brooks DOB: 5/27/1959 Charged: DWI

Above subjected was stopped for a violation of traffic offense. During contact, Deputy noted several cues of impairment. Above subject was arrested by virtue of driving while intoxicated.

0209001149/ Distribution of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana/ 02-06-2009

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway and Piute Road

Charges: Distribution of a Controlled Substance to wit: Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Rafael Dominguez age: 18

On 02-06-09 a traffic stop was conducted on a red Ford Mustang after it was found to be displaying the wrong plate. The above individual was the passenger in the vehicle. During an inventory search of the vehicle a plastic bag containing Marijuana was found along with a pyrex pipe and rolling papers. The subject was placed under arrest. While being searched he was found to have 5 individual bags of Marijuana hidden in his shoes. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

location: Old Las Vegas Highway and Piute Road

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Ricardo Venzor-Gutierrez age: 18

A traffic stop was conducted on a 1996 Ford Mustang bearing NM KRH728 after it was learned that the plate displayed belonged to a GMC utility vehicle. The above individual was the driver of the vehicle and did not have a valid driver's license. The vehicle was also uninsured and not registered. An inventory of the vehicle was being conducted when a plastic bag conaining Marijuana was located along with a Pyrex pipe and rolling papers. The individual was cited for the traffic violations and arrested on the above charges.

0209001170 Battery on a Household member/DWI 02-07-09

Deputy Assigned: Philllip Lahargoue and Sgt. Clifton Coleman

Location: 86 Paseo C De Baca #1 SFNM

Arrested: Miguel A Gomez Hernandez 34yoa

On the above date, officer responded to the above location regarding a violent domestic. Upon arrival, the defendant had fled the scene. Victim advised that the defendant had beat and kicked her prior to leaving. She advised that he was driving a single cab GMC truck which was grey in color. While atttempting to locate the vehicle , it was seen on State Rd. 14 and turned onto Interstate 25 southbound. Officer conducted a traffic stop and positively identified the dendant as the suspect on the battery. Prio to the stop the defendant cropssed the edgeline twice and had open container of Bud Light beer inside the cab. Defendant displyed signs of impairment and was arrested. The defendant had a BrAC .12 and was boooked accordingly at the adult detention center.

Arrested: Manuel Francisco Saenz 22yoa

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for having two red lights attached to his bumper. Upon making contact with the defendant he had an open container of Bud Light beer. Defendant displayed signs of impairment and failed feild tests. He was arrested and had a BrAC of .08 and .07. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.
