At about 1:07am on 11/2/08, the victim came upon his vehicle while four males were around his vehicle attempting to steal the stereo from inside. The suspects ran away when they saw the victim approaching. No items were stolen and the suspects had not been located at the time of report. Entry was found to have been made by breaking the passenger side window.

On 11/2/08, at about 9:17pm, the above subject attempted to evade Deputies when they attempted to stop him for a tail light violation. He was eventually located and was found in control of his vehicle. He displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He refused a blood draw to determine his blood alcohol content and was booked into ADC.

On 11-02-08 at approximately 1830-hours/ 6:30pm, a traffic stop was conducted on a black in color Pontiac, after it was reported as being a Reckless Driver. Upon making contact with the driver, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emmitting from his person. The driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The driver's was then booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Joseph Moreno was arrested for his fourth or subsequent DWI after being involved in a motor vehicle crash.

Arrested: Jorge Flores- Juarez age: 28
Subject was observed traveling southbound on Interstate 25 unable to maintain his traffic lane. Upon making contact with the driver it was observed that an odor of intoxicating liquor was coming from his breath and person. The subject showed signs of impairment during the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The suspect was placed under arrest at which time he refused to submit to chemical testing. It was also found that the subject did not have a valid driver's license. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

The victim reported that her vehicle had been damaged around the steering column. A witness stated that on Thursday night (10-30-08) they observed two hispanic females were in the vehicle, and upon being confronted they fled the area.

Victim reported that she received a phone call from REI stating that her visa card was used to purchase a gift card for $200.00. Victim stated that she did not use her card for the purchase. Prior to this transaction the victim did allow her daughter to use the card on another occasion. This case is currently under investigation.

Suspect: Olga Mondoza-Meza age: 33
Above individual was observed driving a vehicle eastbound on Airport Road. The vehicle's registration sticker was scratched off. Upon making contact with the driver it was learned that her license was Revoked with the arrest clause. An open bottler of Corona beer was located in the vehicle. The driver also had her three year old child in the vehicle without an approve child restraint seat. The vehicle was found not to be insured and unregistered. Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding a possible domestic disturbance in a vehicle which was parked. Upon arrival, contact was made with two females who advised that they were arguing over their relationship. The defendant was seated in the driver's seat and the keys were in the ignition. The defendant had an odor of intoxicant and failed field test. The defendant had a BrAC of .07 and .08. She was transporte and booked at the adult detention center.

Location: 3500 block of Camino Terra Rael, SFNM
On the above date officers responded to the above location regarding a large fight. Upon arrival cantact was made with four males who advised that they were attacked by other males in a silver Lincoln. The victims advised that the unknown suspects struck them with baseball bats and the butt of a handgun. One victim suffered a large laceration to the head. All victims were treated by medical personnel and injuries were not life threatening. A search for the suspects lead to negative results.
