On the above date, the above officer witnessed the defendant driving at the above location unable to maintain his lane of traffic. Upon conducting a traffic stop the defendant displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcohol. The defedant failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant also had his two children ages 4 and 5 years of age and was also charged with Child Indangerment/Abuse. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

On the above date, officer responded to St Vincent's Regional Medical Center regarding a female alleging that she was sexually assualted. Upon arrival, the victim was highly intoxicated and gave vague statements. Victim advised that she was sexually assalted at a residence off of Agua Fria and did not have the suspect's information. Due to her level of intoxication further information was unavailable. Criminal Investigators will reinterview her upon her becomming sober.

On the above date, officer witnessed the defendant traveling at a very high rate of speed on State Rd. 14 towards Santa Fe. Upon making contact with the defendant he displyed signs of impairment and failed field tests. The defendant refused to submit to a breath test and was charged aggravated. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.
