On the above date, the above officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain his lane of traffic. Upon making contact with the defendant, he displayed signs of impairment. The defendant was arrested and refused to submit to a chemical test. Upon conducting a vehcle invetory two open container of beer were located. Defendant was transported and booked at the adult dentention center.

On this date victim contact Sheriff's Office to report that his brother had punched him in the face, then pushed over his motorcycle causing damage to it, then started driving in in a reckless and doing donuts in the yard. Victim reported that his brother was trying to run over him with the car while he was doing the donuts. Victim reported that suspect was on cocaine and the fight started because he wanted money to buy more drugs. Investigation showed where suspect had been involved in a domestic with his girlfreind in the city. Case and charges are still pending due to on going investigation. Suspect at this time has not been located.

Arrested: Arturo Rdriguez-Alverez, 20 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
A Sheriff's Deputy observed the above named defendant driving a motorcycle at a high rate of speed, passing other motorists on the shoulder and weaving dangerously through traffic. The vehicle was stopped and the driver arrested and charged accordingly for reckless driving and driver must be licensed.

Location: 3600 Block of Gunnison Road / Airport Road area
Arrested: Stephanie Jaramillo, 19 yoa female
The above named defendant was operating a motor vehicle at said location while Deputies were investigating a criminal damage to property call. The victim identified a passing vehicle as the car the suspects fled in. A stop was conducted in the mobile home park and the driver was found to be intoxicated. Following testing, the suspect was arrested for Aggravated DWI. A 17 year old female was a passenger in the vehicle and was also identified as the suspect that damaged the victim's vehicle. The juvenile female was also intoxicated and had been provided with the liquor by the above listed suspect. The juvenile was released to parents by order of Juvenile Probation. The above listed defendant was booked accordingly into the county jail.

Deputy observed the above named defendant driving a motor vehicle at said location. The driver was weaving as he drove down the roadway and a traffic stop was conducted. The defendant was subsequently arrested and booked accordingly into the county jail following a legal blood draw.

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Open Container
The above named defendant was observed by a Deputy driving in reverse gear on St. Francis Drive onto Zia Road. In the process of backing, the suspect struck the curb. Following the traffic stop, the defendant was found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. The defendant was tested and subsequently arrested. The defendant refused to submit to chemical testing and was booked into the county jail on said charges.

The victim that a person made repeated attempts to purchase trailer tires/rims from the victim's property but the victim declined to sell them. The victim arrived home and found that the doors to his shed had been pried open and the tires and rims were stolen.

The complainant advised that when her children arrived home from school, they found the front door to the residence open and a broken window. The victim arrived and checked the residence and found above listed items stolen.

On 09-26-08 two seperate burglaries to the same property were reported. The first burglary occured approx. 3 weeks ago and again sometime last night. Taken was $60.00 in cash, beer, tractor seat and a meat cutter. Total value of the items stolen is estimated at $200.00. No witnesses or suspect information at this time.

On 9-26-08 it was reported that during a domestic disturbance a female grabbed a 17 month old child out of the arms of a male and threw the child into a vehicle through an open window. The child hit his/her head on the dashboard area and fell to the floorboard area. The female fled the area with the child prior to officers arrival and has not been located. Further investigation into this matter is pending.
