Warrants Division agents began investigation and surveillance for the suspect. On this date the subject was seen on St. Francis Drive. He was stopped and taken into custody without incident. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on Fugitive from Justice pending extradition on the North Carolina, Charging him with Robbery and Failure to comply with conditions of Probation. He had a $50,000.00 bond on the North Carolina charge.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:00pm on 5/19/07, and 8:00am on 5/20/07, unknown person(s) UNLAWFULLY entered his 1999 Pontiac Montana van, while parked in front of residence. An IBM lap top computer and a pair of Phonak hearing aids valued at $7,000.00 were stolen. The computer was located near the residence, but was damaged.
