Information was received from the State of North Carolina that the above subject  was residing in the Santa Fe County area. Warrants Division agents began investigation and surveillance for the suspect. On this date the subject was seen on St. Francis Drive.  He was stopped and taken into custody without incident. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on Fugitive from Justice pending extradition on the North Carolina, Charging him with Robbery and Failure to comply with conditions of Probation. He had a $50,000.00 bond on the North Carolina charge.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:00am and 6:00pm on Wed 9/19/07, unknown person(s) UNLAWFULLY gained entry to an unlocked garage and stole misc hand and power tolls valued at $3,500.00. Investigation continues.

The victim reported that sometime between 8/30/2007 and 9/11/2007, unknown person(s) burglarized his storage garage by using a key to the garage door. The suspect(s) stole approximately $15,500.00 in tools from inside. A suspect is on file and the case is under investigation.

Victim: 97 yr old male

Suspect is a caregiver for victim, and between 8/11/07 and 9/15/07, she stole 4 personal checks from him, forged his signature and wrote the checks to herself, for a total amount of $15,000.00. Investigation continues.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:00pm on 5/19/07, and 8:00am on 5/20/07, unknown person(s) UNLAWFULLY entered his 1999 Pontiac Montana van, while parked in front of residence. An IBM lap top computer and a pair of Phonak hearing aids valued at $7,000.00 were stolen. The computer was located near the residence, but was damaged.
