The suspect was located on the side of the roadway at above listed location. The defendant had several bottles of opened alcoholic beverages inside his vehicle. The defendant advised officers that he had "Too Much" to drink and refused to submit to field sobriety testing. The defendant was arrested and it was later learned that his driver's license had been revoked by the State of NM. The defendant was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.
