Victim reported that sometime during the later part of August 2008 or the early part of September 2008 her spouse physically forced her to engage in sexual intercourse. Victim also reported ongoing mental and physical abuse from her spouse. Further investigation into this matter is pending.

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding the All Sups security officer being battered by unknown male assailants. Upon arrival the security officer advised that he was alerted by a costomer that four male subjects were possibly going to tag the side of the store with spray paint. Upon the officer confronting the males, they threw rocks at him one of which struck him in the head causing a small laceration. A witness called 911 and the suspects threw a rock at her car window causing it to break. Officers searched the area and could not locate the suspects.

The victim reported that she arrived home and discovered her residence ransacked. She stated that she discovered the above listed items stolen. She also stated that the stolen items were in dispute via court by her child's father in a child custody dispute. Entry was gained via a north facing window on the residence.

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Jail after discovering that a local inmate was wanted out of Navajo County Arizona for Probation Violation. The defendant was arrested on the outstanding warrant and was also charged with being a Fugitive From Justice.

The victim obtained an order of protection against her estranged husband. When the victim arrived home, she found her husband's vehicle on her property so she called Police. Upon Deputies arrival, they located the suspect inside the camper shell on the property. The defendant was arrested and booked accordingly.

The victim reported that she returned a computer to Radio Shack in the past and was awaiting a refund check via US Mail. The victim moved from her residence and asked the roommate to be on the look out for the check. The victim learned that someone had forged her name on the check and cashed it for $647.60.

on 10-16-08 at approximately 2122-hours, Deputies responded to a report of shots fired on Senda Corvo. Contact was made with the reporting party, who stated that someone shot a single round into his residence. Criminal Investigations was contacted and took over the investigation.
