Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at above location. Suspect was arrested for battery against a household member. He choked victim as well as grabbed and pulled her. Victim in defense struck suspect with a frying pan and ran to neighbors.

Victim stated that suspect obtained a credit card under her name by stealing her social security number while doing her taxes. Victim stated suspect has charged $1587.53 on the credit card in which she obtained a bill. Victim located the credit card bill in her mailbox. Victim suspects her daughter.

On 08-09-07 the suspect vehicle struck the victim vehicle causing property damage. After striking the vehicle, the suspect ran away from the scene. She was located in a tent behind her residence showing signs of intoxication. Suspect was then arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Facility.
