On 9-26-08 it was reported that during a domestic disturbance a female grabbed a 17 month old child out of the arms of a male and threw the child into a vehicle through an open window. The child hit his/her head on the dashboard area and fell to the floorboard area. The female fled the area with the child prior to officers arrival and has not been located. Further investigation into this matter is pending.

Victim reported that sometime between 5:30 pm on 9-25-08 and 10:00 am on 9-26-08 an unknown person unlawfully entered in her residence and garage stole two generators, a pressure washer and three ceramic eagles. Total value of the items stolen is $3,500. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

On the above date, thae above named officer was dispatched to a vehicle crash at teh above location. Upon arrival, the Los Alamos Police department had detained the defendant who appeared intoxicated. Officer noticed an odor of intoxicant from the dfendant. Defendant showed signs of impairment during field tests and was arrested. The defendant had a .16 BrAC and was transported to the adult detention center.

On the above date, the above named officer whicle patroling around the above area. Defendant failed to dim headlights as officer approached. Officer conducted a traffic stop and upon making contact with the driver noticed an odor of intoxicant. Defendant failed field sobriety test and was arrested. Defendant had a .13 BrAC and was transported to the adult detention center.

On 9/25/08, suspect drove up to a DWI checkpoint in a 1996 Chevy Suburban, and was found to be impaired, after field sobriety tests and was arrested. Suspect had a fully loaded .357 mag revolver under his seat. Breath test .16/.14
