Victim reported that on 10-12-08 her mother and she where in a verbal argument. Victim stated that she had pushed her mother. Her mother then struck her and kicked her in the upper leg, causing a bruise to the victim's leg. The case is currently under investigation and CYFD was notified.

Victim reported that a forged check was drafted out of his checking account. He stated that unknown persons, wrote the check and cashed it for $950. The victim was not aware of what the check looked like or where it was cashed.
