Deputies responded to a report of a woman screaming at above location. Upon Deputies arrival, a domestic dispute was found to be in progress and an investigation revealed that the above named suspect battered her mother. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim advised that sometime between 5:00 p.m. on 7-31-08 and 7:30 a.m. on 8-1-08 an unknown person(s) broke into two storage sheds at a construction site and stole several power tools, hand tools and an air compressor with a total estimated value of $ 3,500.00.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim reports that some type of projectile penetrated the window of his Kenworth truck while driving down Airport Road causing shards of glass to strike and cut him.  Case is under investigation.


0208006616, Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, Motor Vehicle Crash with injuries, 7/31/08

Suspect: Pending

On 7/31/08 at about 5:00pm deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash on Star Vista Road that involved two children falling off of a vehicle of which they were riding on the rear bumper.  Investigation revealed that three children were standing on the rear bumper of a Subaru stationwagon, holding on to the roof when two of the children fell off.  An 11 year old received a serious traumatic head injury and a 6 year old received minor scrapes. The third child of 11 years was not injured.  Criminal charges are pending further investigation.

Victim reported that sometime before 7/28/2008 stole a folder containing his wells fargo bank account information and his Florida drivers license. The suspect(s) used this information to withdrawl $420.00 from the Wells Fargo bank at Devargas Mall on 7/28/2008. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Victim reported that sometime between 11/27/2008 and 11/30/2008 some unknown person(s) broke 8 glass windows at the front of the McDonalds on Airport Road, with some type of unknown object. The windows were valued at over $1000.00

Victim reported that sometime between 2:00pm on 7/29/2008 and 7:00am on 7/30/2008 some unknown person(s) stole a laptop computer that had been delivered by UPS and left in in a lock box on thier work site. The laptop was valued at about $1200.00


0208006589 / Agg assault against a household member / 7-30-08

Location: Valle Vista, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Victim reported she went to her daughters house to pick up her car and her daughter tried to run her over. Victim was highly intoxicated and her statement was inconsistant. The daughter was interviewed and she denied the allegations. No witnesses were available and there was no other corroborating evidence. The report was referred to the District Attorney's Office for review.
