On this date victim reported between 0800 am and 0600 pm unknown person (s) entered his home through an unlocked rear door.  Suspect then removed a 40" Samsung Flat Screen TV, causing damage to the wall.  Value of TV is about $1,000.00.  Case is under investigation.

On this date victim reported that unknown suspects entered his house through an open front door.  Victim was awaken by suspect who wanted to sell him some marijuana and victim told him "No."  So suspect grabbed victims pants from the floor and ran out the door.  Victims pants, wallet and cash were valued at about $400.00.  Suspect was not located at this time.  Case under investigation.

On this date victim reported to the Sheriffs Office that unknown person (s) removed a compressor, power washer and impact about a week ago from his unlocked garage.  Victim reported this incident after checking with his son about the tools.  Value of tools is about $550.00.  Case under investigation.

 On this date victim reported that on September 2nd and 5th some unknown person (s) made two charges to her credit card via the Inter-net, in the amount of $20.59.  Victim reported this incident to her credit card company. Case referred to Criminal Investigation Division and is pending.

Location:  6400 block of Cypress, Santa Fe, NM (Cottonwood MHP)

On 9/15/08 at about 0332 hours, a security guard observed 3 hispanic males around victim's vehicle while he was making the rounds of the mobilehome park.  After the security guard passed by suspects got into a blue in color vehicle and left the area.  The guard discovered that the victim's vehicle had got broken into.  Entry into the victim's vehicle was gained by breaking the right rear door glass.  Victim stated that nothing had been taken.  Estimated value of window is about $200.00.


Case#:  0208007985/ Aggravated Battery, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  09/14/08

Location:  Airport Road & Jemez Road, Santa Fe, NM

On 9/14/08 victim was traveling south on Airport Rd. when suspect attempted to repeatedly ram his vehicle into victim's vehicle.  Victim arrived at intersection of Jemez and Airport Road where suspect rammed victim's vehicle and left the area.  Suspect is victim's ex-boyfriend and was very angry when victim broke up with him.  Suspect could not be located.  Victim is scared of suspect.

Location: #100 block of Camino Capilla Vieja

On this date deputies were sent to the above listed location, due to citizens calling in reporting shots fired in the area.  Deputies found were suspect was at location were he was eating and drinking with suspect.  Suspect gout upset and left the kitchen area, then came back with a 22 cal. rifle and shot at victim.  Victim ran out of the house and went to a different house and called the Sheriff's Office. Suspect fired 2 or 3 more times then suspect fled the area.  Deputies were not able to locate suspect and case is under active investigation at this time.
