On this date it was reported that Jessica a 15 year old juvenile female did not return home from Capital High School. She was last seen leaving the school with another unidentified female walking. She was last seen wearing a lime green shirt, blue jeans, lavender button down outer shirt, and black shoes. She is described as 5’2” tall 210 lbs, Hazel eyes, brown hair/ shoulder length. Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center
On October 8, 2008, at about 5:19am, deputies responded to ADC regarding a stabbing incident. Preliminary investigation showed the victim was stabbed multiple times in the upper torso by another inmate. The victim was transported to St. Vincents Hospital in critical condition. The Criminal Investigation Division assumed the case and the investigation is ongoing.

The above subject was incarcerated at ADC and deputies learned he had an active warrant issued out of Maricopa County in Arizona for alleged felonies committed. The above subject was served with the warrant and charged with fugitive from justice accordingly.

Suspect: Cynthia Archuleta Age: 33 Santa Fe
Cynthia Archuleta was arrested for an outstanding Bench Warrant after deputies responded to a domestic dispute in the area and found Cynthia walking away from the scene. The domestic dispute was only verbal and no injuries were reported.

A 29 year old handi-capped male student was found deceased in one of the classrooms just prior to the start of class. He suffered from many ailments and was known to have medical difficulties. No foul play is suspected. Case is under investigation.

On this date deputies responded to an activated alarm at the above location. Upon arrival the residence was found to have been burglarized. Entry was gained by kicking open the side garage door. Upon entering the residence the suspect(s) stole the above items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
