The victim reported that suspect(s) had gained access to her residence via an open window. The suspect(s) stole above listed items and left the area. Deputies later responded to an intoxicated male subject fighting with his family off of Aspen Loop in the Cottonwood Mobile Home Park. The male was contacted and the subject advised Sheriff's Deputies that he and his friends had burglarized the residence in this case. The juvenile male was arrested on several charges including burglary and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.

Arrested: Bernard Aguilar, 51 yoa/Thelma Aguilar, 53 yoa-Santo Domingo Pueblo, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Arrest by Virtue of Warrant
Deputies responded to investigate a reported suspicious vehicle at the above listed location. Deputies arrived and located both subjects seated inside their vehicle. The driver, Mr. Bernard Aguilar was found to be under the influence of intoxicated liquor and/or Drugs. Mr. Aguilar was arrested and subsequently refused to submit to chemical testing. Mrs. Thelma Aguilar was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was also arrested and booked accordingly with Mr. Aguilar into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies responded to a report of a domestic dispute at the residence in question. A routine NCIC check revealed that the above named defendant was wanted out of Montgomery County, Texas for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The defendant was arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Charged: Agg. Fleeing from a law enforcement officer, Reckless Driving, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia
On the above date, the above named officer witnessed the defendant traveling over 100mph on a posted 50mph zone. The defendant drove past the officer at this speed and continued to attempt to flee said officer while officer attempted to stop him. The defendant lost control of said vehicle on the corner of Beckner Ave and Old Alb. Highway. Upon conducting an inventory of said vehicle, officers located a marijuana pipe. Defendant was arrested without incident and booked accordingly at the Adult Detention Center.

On this date victim reported that a gold in color vehicle was behind him as he slowed down to enter his driveway. As the vehicle past by he observed a male holding a handgun out of the passenger side front window and then he heard a gun shot. Victim reported that the vehicle then left the area. Case is under investigation at this point.
