On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for running a stop sign. Upon making contact and chekcing on operator's status, it was learned that he had an active arrest warrant out of the Municpal Court for failure to pay fines. He was arrested and booked at the adult detention center.

On this date victim reported when she arrived at her home after work she found where someone had broken a window and entered her house. Suspect went through her clothing and other items in the house, but did not take anything. Evidence was located at the house and case is under investigation.

On this date victim reported that between 08:00 am and 05:30 pm, unknown person(s) kicked in front door of his house and removed his laptop computer, leather jacket, three shirts and his silver chain and gold chain valued at about $5,000.00 in items and damage to the door. Case is pending at this time and under investigation.

On the above date, the defendant was stopped for running a red light. Upon making contact, he displayed signes of impairment. The defendant failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant had a BrAC of .14 and .13 and was booked at the adult detention Center.

A neighbor clled advising that an auto burlary was in progress. Prior to officer's arrival, the suspects had fled the scene. Upon mkking contact with the victim, he advised that he had left his vehicle unlocked and the suspects stole two sets of keys from inside the vehicle.

The defendant was observed driving at the above location and stopped for no apparent reason in the middle of the road. Upon making contact the defendant was highly intoxicated and unable to complete fied sobriety test. He was arrested and had a BrAC of .24 and .25. He was booked accordingly at the adult detention center.
