Deputies responded to a motor vehicle collision. Deputies contacted the driver of the vehicle involved. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies observed a vehicle unable to maintain its lane of travel. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a deceased male. Preliminary investigation revealed the male passed from a potential overdose. No signs of foul play were observed.

Deputies were dispatched to a report of Identity Theft. Upon investigation, an unknown person(s) used the victim's information to apply for credit cards and unemployment benefits. The credit card applications and unemployment benefit request were unsuccessful. The victim also filed a report with the credit bureau.

Location: Dist Court (Santa Fe 01)
Arrested: JOse A. Nava 38 YOM
Subject arrived at Distric Court and failed to clear the screening machine subject became agitated when asked to go back throught the machine and rescan. Subject began to curse at court staff and disturb the peace of others in the courthouse and was asked to leave. Subject refused to leave and was advised he was trespassed and that he needed to leave or be arrested. Subject still did not comply and was placed under arrest. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detetnon Center where he was charged and booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the area due to a report of a vehicle hitting the suspect. During the investigation, it was determined the suspect was not struck with a vehicle, however did get into a physical altercation with another male for unknown reasons. Victim wished to pursue charges therefore the suspect was taken to the detention facility and charged accordingly.

Deputies located a motor vehicle which matched the description for a stolen vehicle out of the Santa Fe. After confirming the vehicle was stolen, Deputies made contact with individuals inside the vehicle. Suspect was located in the driver seat of the vehicle, and arrested. Vehicle was returned to the registered owner.

Suspect: Rexford Weber
Deputies were dispatched to a report of fraud. Upon contact with the victim, it was discovered, a Rexford Weber (California native) may have taken approximately 28,000 dollars from victim's account. The victim has never met Mr. Weber but they became acquainted online. Since meeting, exchanges of various amounts of money was made via bank transfers. On the 25th of December, 2023, the victim noticed his bank account -18,000 dollars. Contact was not made with Rexford.
