Driver was observed travelling west on Airport Road & Calle Lucia at 55 in a posted 40 mph zone. Upon contact with driver an odor of an intoxicant was emitting from the interior of the vehicle. Deputy Webb observed when driver opened the glove box an open bottle of Coors Light which was spilling on the paperwork. Upon further conversation with driver, I noticed she had red watery eyes and an odor of an intoxicant coming from her person. Driver was administered SFST's and was placed under arrest due to failing SFST's. Driver was advised of the New Mexico Implied Consent Act and refused to submit to a breath test. She was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On 11/25/07 suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash, in which he left the scene. The other driver was able to get his license plate number, and suspect was located, and arrested. Suspect was charged with: Driving while license is suspended/revoked, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident.

Location: 3900 block of Calle Cisco, Santa Fe, NM
On 11/24/07 between 0100 and 0600 hours someone broke into a truck toolbox belonging to victim and stole most of his tools from inside. Taken from the toolbox was a tile cutter, toolbox with misc. tools, cordless drill, grinder, and skill saw. Estimated amount of items taken is $1,280.00.

Suspect was observed travelling northbound on Cerrillos Road weaving and nearly struck a curb and a fire hydrant. Suspect showed signs of impairment during all phases of testing. Suspect was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample. Suspect doesn't have a New Mexico driver's license.

Bank auidtor reported that a credit union member deposited a "Circut City" check for $4,500.00. and later withdrew the $4500 in cash. The check came back as a counterfiet. Investigation continues.

Deputies arrivied to find all parties heavily intoxictaed and unable to provided proper information. Several subjects were taken to St. Vincent's Hospitol because of thier level of intoxciation. Victim reported that sometime between Nov. 14, 2007 and Nov. 23, 2007 unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into his residence and stole two televisions sets, damaged a third TV in the residence and broke a window. Victim advised that during the above time period he was out of town and the residence was unattended. No suspects or witnesses have developed at this time.
