Deputies responded to the location in reference to a 70-year-old female not conscious and not breathing. Deputies and Santa Fe County Fire Department medical personnel attempted life saving measures, but were unsuccessful in reviving the female. No signs of foul play were observed.

Deputies were dispatched to Presbyterian Hospital in Espanola in reference to a battery. Deputies were advised that the victim was helping the suspect level an RV. While helping the suspect and victim began arguing. The suspect then battered the victim multiple times. A warrant will be issued for the suspect.
