Deputies performed a welfare check on Mr. Thomas. It was learned that Mr. Thomas had three active arrest warrants for failing to appear in court. Mr. Thomas was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for booking.

Deputies made contact with the subject while investigating a stolen motor vehicle. The subject was observed fleeing from the vehicle as deputies confirmed it was stolen. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Contact with the subject was made during a recovery of a stolen motor vehicle call for service. The subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of Magistrate Court for failure to appear with the original charges of dealing in credit cards and concealing identity. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding. Upon making contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. Field tests were conducted, and a breath test was conducted with results showing 0.12/0.13 BAC. Driver was booked.

Traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for failure to maintain lane. Contact was made with the driver, who did not have a license, and an odor of alcohol could be smelt on his person. Field tests were performed and driver showed signs of impairment. Driver then refused a breath test and was booked and charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a welfare check. Male was located inside his home not conscious and not breathing. OMI responded to the scene and conducted an investigation. No foul play was suspected during the investigation.

Deputy responded to location in reference to a stalled vehicle. Los Alamos Police assisted and located the driver who exhibited signs of impairment. Driver refused Standardized Field Sobriety Test and a breath test. She was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Victim reported her vehicle is missing. Her husband was placed under arrest and since the incident, her vehicle has gone missing. Vehicle was confirmed to have not been towed. She has no idea where her vehicle could be. Case is under investigation.
