traffic stop was conducted on vehicle due to it being partially parked in the roadway and shoulder. Driver was asleep in the driver seat. Subject was asked to submit to SFST's and refused. subject was showing signs of imapiarment and was palced under arrest. Subject agreed to breath test and results were 0.24g/210L-0.23g/210L. Subject was booked into S ADC with out incident.

Deputies responded to report of a crash, upon arrival, the vehicle was observed to have spun out, and after contact was made with the driver, the female was suspected to be driving impaired. SFST's were conducted and the female showed signs of impairment. The female was placed under arrest, and after refusal of a breath test, was charged with Aggravated DWI.

On Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, Deputies were dispatched to a burglary report. Upon investigation, an unknown person(s) entered a residence (still under construction) and stole some tools. A generator, Milwaukee batteries and copper piping was taken. The incident occurred between the times of 4:00pm, 12/1/23 and 7:00am today. There is no suspect information at this time.

This occurred between the times of 2:00pm, 11/30/23 and 6:00am, 12/1/23. The total cost of the appliances is 8,300 dollars. At this time, there is no information on the suspect(s).

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a private property crash. During the investigation, it was learned a white and red in color, Ford, F-350, pick-up truck, containing various equipment was stolen from the location. The suspects also damaged a security gate to make entry into the compound.
