Deputies stopped a vehicle for failure to maintain its lane of travel. The driver of the vehicle showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding. While attempting to stop the vehicle the driver crashed into another vehicle stopped at a stop sign. The driver of the vehicle Deputies attempted to stop showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and booking into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Sometime between 09/01/2023 and 09/06/2023, Unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered two mobile homes and stole ceramic plates, mirrors, kitchenware and a bed set. Evidence was found on scene and is being analyzed. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: 2 Chainsaws, and one blower
Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a burglary. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the unknown suspect(s) broke into victim's vehicle sometime last night stole aforementioned items. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Juan Uribe-Torres 28 yoa male (Santa Fe) (Trafficking Fetanyl, Possession of methamphetamine, Warrant x2 )/ Felicia Lopez 37 yoa female (Santa Fe)/ Bernard Schneider 42 yoa male Pecos
A deputy observed a black Kia Soul being operated with a missing tail/brake light, an improperly displayed license plate. A check of NMMVD found the vehicle's registration was suspended due to not having insurance. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver (Mr. Schneider) was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was arrested and placed into custody. Deputies identified the passenger Mr. Uribe-Torres to ascertain if he could drive the vehicle. He was found to have two active warrants for his arrest (1 out of Bernalillo County District Court.& 1 Santa Fe Magistrate Court). While he was being taken into custody he was found to have fentanyl and methamphetamine in his pockets. Near his feet, Deputies located two containers that had approximately 600 fentanyl pills. Deputies also spoke to another occupant of the vehicle, Ms. Felecia Lopez. She was found to have an active warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was arrested. All were taken to Santa Fe County ADC and booked without further incident.

Arrested: James Boyd, 65YOM, Las Vegas, NM
Deputies conducted a traffic stop. Upon contact, the driver was asked for his DL, Insurance, and Registration, which he provided. During an MVD inquiry, dispatch advised that the above subject's driver's license was revoked. The driver was arrested, transported, and booked into ADC without incident.
