Deputies were dispatched to the location in regards to a reckless driver call, after the vehicle was observed driving southbound on I-25 a traffic stop was initiated. The vehicle stopped briefly before driving away. A pursuit ensued from MM 282 to MM 276, once the vehicle came to a stop contact with the driver Mr. Carreon was made and signs of impairment were observed. Mr. Carreon was arrested and booked into SFADC.

Driver was stopped for speeding. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and bokoed into SFADC with out incident. Driver was driving on a revoked license and had an open alcoholic container inside the vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. While enroute, deputies learned the suspect fled the residence in his vehicle. Deputies were able to locate the suspect and conducted a traffic stop. While speaking to the suspect, deputies observed signs of impairment , suspect refused to provide a breath sample. Suspect was then taken into custody. It was also discovered the suspects drivers license was revoked based on a prior DWI. Suspect was transported, booked accordingly, without incident.
