Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest. Upon arrival, medics were already on the scene and advised deputies the male was deceased. Deputies conducted an investigation and determined that foul play was not involved. OMI was contacted and conducted their investigation.

Stolen: CD's Totoal Value $100.00
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon contact with the victim, deputies learned the vehicle was burglarized sometime on September 14, 2023. The vehicle had no damage, but the interior had been rummaged through. The victim stated that about 10 CDs were taken at a total value of $100.00.

Arrested: Nicholas Manning, 38YOM, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect had threatened the victim with a knife, taken her telephone away to prevent her from calling for emergency services, choked the victim during the altercation, and hit the victim in the face. Deputies observed signs of battery and determined the above statements from the victim were consistent with her injuries and evidence on the scene. The suspect was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident The victim was transported by Santa Fe County Medics to the hospital.
Case #2023005539 Possession of a controlled substance.

Location: Sana Fe County Adult Detention Facility
Arrested: Davin Martinez, 25 YOA female, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate that was found to have narcotics in their possession. Deputies were advised that jail staff were conducting routine duties when they located an inmate with narcotics. The suspect was rebooked into the facility accordingly.

Location: 200 Block Dinosaur Trail, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Luis Olivas, 39 YOM
On Thursday, September 14, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in regards to a male with active warrants. Upon arrival, the above male was located and detained without incident. The two warrants were confirmed to be valid and he was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked accordingly and without incident.

On Thursday, September 14, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised around 3:00 am on 09-14-2023, two unknown males cut a lock and accessed a storage locker. Once inside, they stole the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the location for a domestic disturbance. It was learned the suspect battered a household member. A summons was issued for the suspect.

Stolen: $1,000 Acer Computer
Deputies learned the victim received a message notifying her that a package was delivered. The victim stated that when she retrieved her package, it was not where deliveries were dropped. Camera footage was observed but did not show the delivery of the item.

Deputies learned the mother of the suspect allowed her daughter to use her vehicle to pay bills. The suspect has kept the vehicle for over 24 hours and has not returned it. A summons was issued
Case 2023005505 Burglary/Larceny/Criminal Damage

Stolen: $616 in electronics
Deputies responded to the above location and learned the lock to the front doors of the building had been damaged. A subject then entered the building and stole items from the business.
