Location- 84/285/ Red Hawk
Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driving report involving a black Cadillac. The vehicle was reported to be swerving out of its lane and nearly striking other vehicles. A short time later, a second call reported the same Cadillac had been involved in a hit-and-run. The vehicle was later located traveling northbound on US 84-285. A multi-agency pursuit followed, involving Pojoaque Police and the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office. The Cadillac continued to drive erratically and eventually came to a stop near Red Hawk Ct after striking a guardrail. A high-risk stop was conducted, and the driver was taken into custody with assistance from Española Police and NM State Police. The suspect was found in possession of a large quantity of cash, bundled in a manner consistent with narcotics distribution. A narcotics K9 positively alerted to the vehicle’s trunk. The vehicle was sealed for evidence, towed pending a search warrant. Angelo was later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- Agua Fria St
Johnny was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and booked into the SF ADC.

Arrested- Charles Lawrence (41 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Cerrillos Rd/ Calle Del Cielo
Deputies contacted Charles on a suspicious person call. Charles provided false information to deputies, due to him having two active warrants. Eventually, his identity was discovered. Charles was arrested on the warrants and concealing identity. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Contact was made with the subject during an investigation; the subject was known to have an active warrant for her arrest. The subject was taken into custody on bench warrant and booked at SFADC.

Deputies contacted Isaiah during a traffic stop. He was found to be driving on a revoked license and was placed under arrest. He was later transported to the SF ADC where he was booked.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was above a 0.16 BAC. He was later booked into the SF ADC.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. Upon contact with the driver she displayed signs of impairment, and she was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the SFSO where she provided a breath sample that was over 0.16 BAC. She was later booked into the SF ADC.

Arrested: Aarica Martinez, 25 YOF
Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had three active warrants for her arrest. The warrants were for failure to appear on evidence of registration, no insurance, no driver's license, and battery on a HHM. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
Case 2025005075/ Agg DUI, Careless driving, Open container/8-29-25

Arrested: Sammy Martinez, 67 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a male who had hit a posted sign in the median and was lying down outside the vehicle. The male showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking, as well as having an open container of alcohol in the driver's seat. The subject was unable to perform SFSTs and was arrested for DUI.
Case #2025005074 Larceny

Location: Calle Cascanela, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a possible burglary. Deputies were advised the reporting party was missing a ring valued at approximately $4,800. The reporting party advised she was out of town for a short period of time. When she returned home she observed her ring was missing. she believed it might have been her daughter due to no signs of forced entry, and her being in the residence while she was gone. This case is still under investigation.
