Charges: Aggavated battery with a deadly weapon, Tampering with evidence, Shooting at a motor vehicle.
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a male sustaining a gunshot wound. Investigation revealed the listed suspect got out of his vehicle and shot at the victim’s vehicle as he was traveling to work. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention center.
