Deputy made contact with victim who wanted to file her report in reference to her vehicle be stolen. Victim stated she waited to call law enforcement in the hopes she could locate the vehicle herself. A suspect has been named and the case is currently under investigation.

Deputy made contact with the mother of the missing. Mother wanted to file Mr. Martinez missing after not hearing from him after he was released from jail. Subject is said to be homeless. His whereabouts are currently unknown. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the suspect battered his significant other while she was holding a child. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On July 19, 2023, Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Through investigation it was learned, the victim had an acquaintance with him prior who fell asleep in the vehicle. Victim later discovered his vehicle missing. Case is currently under investigation.

On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to stolen property. Through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) made entry into his inlocked motor vehicle and stolen aforementioned items. Sureveillance footage is under review. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Anthony Martinez, 32YOM, Espanola, NM
Deputies were called to the area in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival deputies located the vehicle that was described by dispatch. The occupant of the vehicle was asked to step out, while stepping out of the vehicle, several blue pills (fentanyl) fell off his person. Subject was than placed under arrest, transported, and booked. The subject also had a warrant for felon in possession of a firearm.
