Deputies were dispatched to shots fired. Upon arrival deputies learned a vehicle drove by the victims residence and shot several times. Evidence was collected.

Arrested: Paul Gallegos, 35YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. During the stop, it was learned the vehicle was stolen. All parties were told to exit the vehicle, and during the investigation, it was discovered the above subject had a warrant for arrest. Subject was also arrested for the above charges, transported and booked into ADC. Original Charge for warrant: Battery on a HHM x 2.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. During the stop, it was learned the vehicle was stolen. All parties were told to exit the vehicle, and during the investigation, it was discovered the above subject had a warrant for arrest. Original Charge: Crossing at other than crosswalks.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. During the stop, it was learned the vehicle was stolen. All parties were told to exit the vehicle, and during the investigation, it was discovered the above subject had a warrant for arrest. Original Charge: Failure to display valid registration.

Case#2023004277 Felony DWI/ Leaving the scene 07-17-23

Location: US 84-285 MP 171 N/B 

Arrested: Kenneth Manzanares 51 yoa male 

Deputies responded to a crash at the location. When Deputies arrived, the driver had left the scene. Deputies located the subject at his house, and he admitted he received a ride home. SFST's were conducted, signs of impairment were noted. Subject was also found to have 4 prior DWI convictions. He was arrested and booked into SFADC accordingly.

 SUBJECT ARRIVED AT DISTRICT COURT FOR A PLANNED SERVICE. SUBJECT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST ON A REMAND ORDER  WHERE HE WAS THEN TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER IN SANTA FE NEW MEXICO WHERE HE WAS CHARGED AND BOOKED ACCORDINGLY

Arrested Brandon Broderick 41 yoa male (Alamogordo) 

At around 3:15 a.m., Deputy was flagged down that there was a male yelling at employees who were cleaning the parking lot. Deputies made contact with the male who had 3 active warrants for his arrest. The subject had warrants issued by Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failing to appear on the offenses of : 1. Agg. Assault on a peace officer x2, 2: Aggravated Assault w/ a deadly weapon, 3: Shoplifting. The subject was taken to Santa Fe County Jail where he was booked without incident.

Location: St. Francis Drive & Zia Road 

Arrested: Kristopher Van Dehy 27 yoa male (Glorieta)

The subject was stopped for a traffic offense. He was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident. The warrants were for failing to appear on a felony count of embezzlement and failing to appear on a domestic violence charge.

Deceased: 89YOF, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest. Upon arrival, the deceased was in the bedroom and showed no signs of life. It was learned the deceased had a history of medical issues. Foul play is not suspected. OMI responded to the scene.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival it was learned the vehicle was stolen sometime between July 15, 2023 and July 16, 2023. The vehicle's keys were inside the vehicle.
