Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a breaking and entering call for service. Upon arrival deputies discovered the window to the residence was removed. and unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered .

Arrested: Benjamin Jones (El Prado NM) 47 yoa male 

Deputy stopped subject for a speeding violation. During the encounter, the subject was found to have consumed intoxicating beverages before driving. Standardized field sobriety tests were completed and signs of impairment were noted. The subject was arrested and consented to a breath test. The results were .11,.10. The subject was booked into SFADC without further incident. 

Case#2023005589 Driving under the influence

Location. Camino Del Rincon (Pojoaque)

Arrested: Timothy Aragon 36 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to a vehicle that hit a fence. Upon arrival, deputies located the subject who had operated the vehicle and crashed. Deputies noted signs of drug use and the subject performed standardized field sobriety tests. Signs of impairment were noted and the subject was arrested. The subject was showing 3 prior DWI convictions, and his driving license has been revoked. The subject did submit to a blood test and the results are pending. The subject was booked into SFADC without incident. 

Case #2023005583 / Fraud

Location: County Line Road (Santa Fe County)

Victim: 75 YOF

Deputies responded to a call for service, in reference to a fraud. Deputies learned between May 2023 and Sept 2023, the victim sent $6,500.00 in multiple payments to a fraudulent source.  Payments were sent through money orders and gift cards.

Location: 16 Camino De Pastores, Pojoaque, NM

Suspect(s): Romona Flores; Marizah Vigil 

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Deputies learned the victim's mother and sister struck the victim on her face and body, multiple times.  The suspects left the scene prior to law enforcement arriving.  A court summons will be issued.

Deceased: 20 YOF, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a possible overdose. Medics arrived on scene and advised deputies the female was deceased. Deputies conducted an investigation and determined that foul play was not involved. OMI was contacted and conducted their investigation.

Deceased: 38 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an ambulance assist. Upon arrival, medics were already on the scene performing life-saving measures. Medics later advised the male was deceased.  Deputies conducted an investigation and determined that foul play was not involved. OMI was contacted and conducted their investigation. 

Case #2023005562 Aggravated DWI, Careless driving

Location: Avenida Eldorado/Reno Rd.

Arrested: Michele Richardson, 62 YOA female, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a possible single vehicle crash. Deputies located the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deceased: 42YOM, Albuquerque, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest. Upon arrival, medics were already on the scene and advised deputies the male was deceased. Deputies conducted an investigation and determined that foul play was not involved. OMI was contacted and conducted their investigation. 

Case#2023005549/Burglary and Larceny/9-15-23

Stolen: CD's Totoal Value $100.00

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon contact with the victim, deputies learned the vehicle was burglarized sometime on September 14, 2023. The vehicle had no damage, but the interior had been rummaged through. The victim stated that about 10 CDs were taken at a total value of $100.00.
