Stolen: 9mm Taurus, .22 rifle, 12 Guage Shotgun, Nintendo Switch 

On Wednesday, October 13th, 2022,  around 4:50 pm, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Based on the investigation, suspect(s) gained unlawful access to the property and multiple firearms and a gaming console. This incident remains under investigation.

Case#2022005941/ Driving While License Revoked/ 10-12-22

Location:US 84/285 Mile Marker 175, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Joshua Robles, 31 YOM

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a reckless driver. Vehicle was located and was observed failing to maintain their lane of travel. Traffic stop conducted and later learned the driver’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle was revoked with the arrest clause attached. Driver placed under arrest, transported, and booked into jail without incident.

Location: Cielo Tranquilo Court (Eldorado de Santa Fe)

Deceased: 78 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a unresponsive male. Medical personnel arrived on scene and began life saving measures without success. Deputies learned the decedent had previous medical history. No foul play is suspected.

On the above date an unknown Chrysler sedan vehicle stole a tamper from a worksite. The vehicle was not located.

On the above date the victim's vehicle was forcibly broken into and items were stolen. Suspect is outstanding at this time.

2022005933/ Agg. Battery HHM / 10/11/2022

Suspect: Jose Royal

During a verbal domestic it was learned the victim was battered by the suspect on 10/7/22. Obvious signs of injuries were observed. The suspect was areested on a traffic warrant Case 5931 and was rebooked with on domestic charges.

Deputies dispatched to location reference a burglary. Reporting party advised unknown subject(s) forced entry into residence and stole TV’s and DVD players valued at $3,500.00. This case is currently under investigation.

Case #2022005906 Driving while license revoked 10/10/2022

Location 4600 block Airport Road (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Juan Esquivel 38 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject stopped for no license plate. Subject found to have revoked license with the arrest clause due to previous DWI. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADF without incident. 

Case #2022005900 Warrant Arrest 10-09-22

Location: Mile post 178 US 84-285 (Pojoaque)

Arrested: Andres Gonzales 34 yoa male (Taos) 

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop, he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Taos Magistrate Court for the offense of Aggravated Battery. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

SUSPECT: SCOTT RANSON, 26-YEAR-OLD, ESPANOLA RESIDENT, W/M

CHARGES: BREAKING AND ENTERING & CRIMINAL DAMAGE

On 10-8-22, Deputy Leonard Martinez responded to a resident where a suspect known to the victim made entry into the resident by breaking a window. A warrant for his arrest was granted and entered into NCIC.
