Suspect: Duran, Omar 30 YOM
On above date, Deputies responded to domestic disturbance at the above listed address. It was discovered the defendant battered his girlfriend. The suspect refused to let the victim leave the residence. The Victim had a black right eye, scratches on her chest and back, and cuts to her left wrist. Photos were taken of the victim’s injuries. The Subject fled the scene prior to my arrival. The suspect was Summonsed into court per the on call DA.

Missing: 33 YOM, Balderrama Pichardo, Sergio Arturo
Deputy made contact with family who wanted to file Sergio as missing. Sergio was last seen when he requested to be dropped off at the trailhead so he can go for a walk. Unknown direction of travel. Last seen wearing a brown flannel shirt, gray pants and a black hat.

Deceased 41 YOM Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a male not concious and not breathing. Santa Fe County Fire Department medical personnel arrived on scene and found the male to be not conscious and not breathing. Medical personnel were unable to revive the male. No signs of foul play were observed. OMI was contacted to conduct an investigation.

Stolen: Coin tray, Radar detector, Taser. (Total Value $350.00)
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Through investigation, it was learned that unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the victim's vehicle and took the above items. No forced entry was discovered.

Deputy responded to the SF ADC where it was learned that subject battered three Correctional Officers as they attempted to book her ino the facility. Subject was charged and rebooked on additional charges with out incident.
