Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. According to Santa Fe RECC, the suspect pointed a firearm at the victim as they were arguing.
Upon arrival and through investigation it was learned the suspect did pull out the firearm during the course of the argument. The suspect admitted that he was attempting to "scare" the victim.
Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Santa Fe ADC, and booked without incident.
