On Saturday, February 25, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a motor vehicle crash with injuries. The caller advised a female had attempted to steal a vehicle while they were checking their mail. Upon arrival, it was found that the above female had briefly stolen a motor vehicle by force and had injuried somone in the process. She was located in the area in a different vehicle. Also in the vehicle was the above listed male. That vehicle was found to be stolen and both subjects were placed under arrest. Patricia was charged with Robbery, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, False Imprisonment, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, Receiving/Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle and Larceny. Rocky was charged with Receiving/Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle. Both were transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, they were booked accordingly and without incident.

On Saturday, February 25, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a medical call. While on scene, deputies came into contact with the above individual. He was found to have an active arrest warrant out of the First Judicial District Court. After the warrant was confirmed to be valid, he was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Deputies responded to 2 Cielo Encantado in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the reporting party who stated her stepfather left for the grocery store on Saturday 02/18/2023 and never returned. The male was entered into NCIC as a missing person..
2023001163-Larceny-02/24/2023

Location: 100 Blk of Camino Cerro Escondido
Taken:$1000 cash and $500 in gift cards.
Contact was made with the victim advising that on Thursday, February 23, she had a freelance repair person do some work in her residence without anyone present. The victim hired the subject online and had him go to the residence from 8am to 2pm. The victim returned and found $1000 cash and $500 gift cards missing. Attempts to contact the male subject have been made but were unsuccessful. Investigation is ongoing.

On the above date, I ovserved Male exiting a vehicle after confirming he had multiple felony warrants. The above subject attempted to block deputies from getting to the male and then gave false information of his wherabouts. During arrest two firearms were found concealed in her purse.

Deputies responded to the location reference a welfare check. The reporting party wished to enter her son as a missing person due to not hearing from him for several days. Subject was last seen on 2/20/2023. Subject was entered into NCIC as missing.

Taken: 1994 Ford Exploer Green/Silver-$10,000
On aforemnetioned date victim noticed her vehicle gone from her driveway. Victim stated the suspect took her vehicle without permission to find drugs.

Deputies responded to the location reference a welfare check. Deputies contacted the subject and were advised he had three outstanding warrants for his arrest. During the arrest the suspect was found to have a white substance in his possession consistent with methamphetamine. Subject was arrested for warrants and narcotics and booked into ADC.

Suspect: Joseph Jacobs, 45 YOM, Santa Fe, NM
On the above date, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to Motor Vehicle Accident. Upon arrival a BIA Officer advised he attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the Ford F-150 bearing . The officer advised the vehicle began swerving recklessly and came to slowing speeds. The officer also advised Joseph Jacobs jumped out of the moving vehicle and fled on foot. Suspect was apprehended, arrested, transported and booked.
