Deputies were dispatched to Buffalo Thunder reference a battery. Deputies were advised the suspect struck a security guard several times due to a conflict with the seating arraignment. Suspect was arrested and booked into the SFCADF.
Case #2023000602 Aggravated Battery, Criminal Damage

Arrested: Gerardo Grajeda Beltran, 23 yoa male, Los Lunas NM
Deputies were dispatched to Buffalo Thunder reference a possible shooting. It was learned that the suspect and victim got into an argument over vehicle horns being honked and items being thrown at vehicles. Argument turned physical, and at some point in time the suspect stabbed the victim with a box cutter knife. Suspect was arrested and booked into the SFCADF.

Arrested: Dewayne Anstey, 36 YOM
On Saturday, January 28, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a physical domestic disturbance in progress. During the investigation, it was learned the above suspect had battered a household member. It was also learned this occurred while in the presence of a child. The suspect was placed under arrest without incident. He was then transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where he was booked without incident.

Arrested: Donald Archuleta, 53 YOM
On Saturday, January 28, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an animal welfare check. Upon arrival, contact was made with the above individual. Through the investigation, it was learned he had an active bench warrant. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without incident.

Deputies attempted to stop vehicle for hazardous driving. Driver fled from law enforcement for a short period of time. Driver then fled on foot. Driver located in residence and taken into custody. Driver booked into SFCADF

Deputies assisted a Sandoval County Deputy on a pursuit that entered Santa Fe County. Deputies located the vehicle. The driver attempted to flee on foot. The driver was taken into custody and handed over to Sandoval County.

On Friday, January 27, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an assault. It was reported that a weapon was pointed at someone. On scene, deputies learned a verbal argument had ensued and during the argument, the suspect pointed a deadly weapon at the victim. The suspect was located and arrested without incident. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without incident.

Suspect: Nathan Martinez, 31 yoa Male, Rio Rancho NM
Deputies were at the location investigating a separate motor vehicle collision. While conducting this investigation a separate vehicle struck a Tesuque Tribal Police patrol unit assisting with the original crash investigation. The driver of the vehicle showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Narcotics were located on the driver. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
