Victim: 78 YOM
On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a male who was not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, paramedics provided life-saving measures, but the victim was unable to be revived. OMI was summoned and the death appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play.

On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was found an unknown subject gained entry into a residence by breaking a window. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies dispatched to location reference male not conscious not breathing. Life saving measures were attempted. Medical personnel arrived and took over life saving measures. Efforts were unsuccessful. OMI was contacted. No signs of foul play.

Suspect: Jordi De La Rosa-Castaneda, 25 yoa male, Santa Fe
Deputies stopped vehicle for no taillamps and red light violation. Driver found to have 5 warrants, Case #2022007269, 2022007270, 2022007271, 2022007272, 2022007273. Driver arrested and booked into SFCADC.
Case #2022007274 Breaking and entering, Criminal Damage, Possession of burglary tools

Location: 700 block El Llano Road, Santa Fe County, NM
Suspect: Markeeta Trujillo, 28 yoa female, Espanola
Deputies were dispatched in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival signs of forced entry were observed. The residence was cleared and the suspect was found hiding in a cabinet. She was booked into SFCADC.

Arrested: Huber Castro-Estrada, 26 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
On the above date, deputies were dispatched to multiple calls of a reckless driver on Interstate 25. Deputies located the vehicle. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Subject booked into SFCADC.

ARRESTEE: DARIEN LOPEZ-21-YEAR-OLD, SANTA FE RESIDENT, H/M
CHARGES: DWI
On 12-17-2022, Deputy Blea responded to a possible crash on Paseo Real just past Huey Road. A Camero was found to have left the roadway and was sitting in the sage brush on the other side of the perimeter fence. The Camero left the roadway based off Lopez's admission that he was driving at a high rate of speed and lost control of it.
During Deputy Blea's encounter it was apparent Lopez had been drinking. Lopez showed signs of impairment both during first contact and during SFST batteries. Lopez was taken into custody and agreed to a chemical test, which yielded 0.12g/210L and 0.12g/210L respectfully. Lopez was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 12-17-22, Deputy Blea responded to the above reference to a non-native male with narcotics. Wagoner was found with Fentanyl and Xanax on his person. Wagoner was booked into the Santa Fe County adult Detention Center on the above charges.
2022007246/ RESISTING & OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

ARRESTEE: JOSE ROYBAL-46-YEAR-OLD H/F/ SANTA FE RESIDENT
On 12-17-2022, Deputy L. Martinez and Deputy encountered Jose Roybal on a disturbance call. Roybal had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During their attempt to place Roybal in custody, he actively resisted arrest. Roybal was taken into custody. The warrant was served and Roybal was booked on the charge of resisting arrest.

The above subject's ID was verified and it was determined that the subject did have a warrant for his arrest. Subject was re-booked for the warrant (original charges-Alcohol in unlicensed places and Public indecency)
