Deputies conducted a traffic stop on above subject's vehicle. During the course of the traffic stop, deputies conducted an inuiry through NCIC and discovered the above subject had a warrant for his arrest. Subject was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident. Original Charge: Battery on a Household Member.
Driving while License Revoked-Receiving Stolen Property-Headlights required-04/04/2023

Deputy conducted a traffic stop for vehicle headlights were not activated while driving at night. Contact was made with the suspect/driver who was found to have a revoked DL(due to prior DWI).Suspect /driver was arrested. Search incident to arrest, a gun was found in his possession. The gun was ran through NCIC and was found to be a stolen firearm. Suspect /Driver was booked into SFCADC.

Arrested Kai Chappelle 22 YOM (Santa Fe, NM)
Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle for speeding. Driver was asked to perform SFST' and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and agreed to chemical testing. Driver provided two breath samples and blew more than twice the legal limit. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a Fraud. Unknown suspect(s) listed a vehicle on E-Bay. Victim attempted to purchase vehicle, however it was never delivered. No suspect information at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) stole an ATV from the residence. Suspect(s) were observed taking the ATV on security footage.

Deceased: 88 YOM, Santa Fe, NM
On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a male not concious and not breathing. Santa Fe County Medics arrived on scene and determined that the male was beyond assistance. Deputies arrived a short time later and conducted a thorough investigation. It was learned the male was 88 years of age and had an extensive medical history. Foul play is not suspect. The Office of the Medical Investigator arrived and began their investigation.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an active warrant for her arrest issued by the Sandoval County Magistrate Court for failure to appear on the original charge of operatiing a motor vehicle while revoked. Subject was arrested and booked without incident.

Deputy responded to the above area for an assistance call. On scene, deputies learned the suspect had battered and assaulted a household member. She was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facilty. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.
