Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle for not displaying a lcense plate. Driver was asked to perform SFST's and displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and booked into SF ADC without incident.

Suspect: Halbert Martinez, 31 YOM, Chimayo, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to shots fired. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the reporting person, who stated the suspect got angry and shot a gun in the air adjacent to the residence. According to the reporting person and NCIC, the subject does have a previous felony conviction. Deputies attempted to locate the subject, without success. An arrest warrant was drafted and entered into NCIC.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the registered owner showing a revoked license for a prior DWI. The registered owner was verified to be driving the vehicle prior to the traffic stop. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly

Victim stated between 8PM (4/27/23)-12AM (4/28/230, unknown individuals were seen walking from the residence carrying something in their arms. During the investigation it was learned that unknown subject(s) damaged a lock to a shed, made entry and took miscellaneous hand tools. This case is under investigation.

Deputy was conducting traffic enforcement when he observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in a construction zone. A traffic stop was conducted and contact made with the driver. During contact, signs of impairment were observed. Suspect submitted to SFST’s and exhibited signs of impairment. Suspect arrested, charged and booked without incident.
