On the above date, the above subject was the passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a motor vehicle crash hit and run. The vehicle was located at the above address. Subject was interviewed and ran through NCIC. Subject had a warrant for her arrest for battery, assault, and criminal damage to property. Subject placed under arrest, transported, and booked without incident.

ARRESTEE: JOHN EDDIE PACHECO-46-YEAR-OLD, H/M, SANTA FE RESIDENT
CHARGES: POSS. OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE X2 AND POSS. OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
On 10-12-22 at 9:35 p.m., Lt. Michael Martinez found a male subject passed out behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. This male was parked in the wash bay at the car wash. Based on this observation, Deputy Cody Lattin was requested to the scene. During the course of the investigation, the male identified as John Eddie Pacheco was found in possession of two different forms of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Pacheco was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.
2022005964/ FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM & POSS. OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE -FENTANYL

LOCATION: 30 BUFFALO THUNDER TRAIL (BTR CASINO)
ARRESTEE: AIREYON MICHAEL PERO- 27-YEAR-OLD, H/M, ALBUQUERQUE RESIDENT
On 10-13-22 in the early morning hours, Santa Fe County Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque Pueblo Tribal Police with a non-native male subject. This male was in police contact, due to him overdosing in the casino gaming area. During the police interactions, the male was identified as Aireyon Michael Pero from Albuquerque. Pero was found to have a firearm on him inside the casino. Upon further investigation, Pero was found with a sizable amount of controlled substance to wit- Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Suboxone. Later, Deputy Edgar Madrid took Pero into custody on the above charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Wednesday, October 13th, 2022, around 4:50 pm, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Based on the investigation, suspect(s) gained unlawful access to the property and multiple firearms and a gaming console. This incident remains under investigation.

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a reckless driver. Vehicle was located and was observed failing to maintain their lane of travel. Traffic stop conducted and later learned the driver’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle was revoked with the arrest clause attached. Driver placed under arrest, transported, and booked into jail without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a unresponsive male. Medical personnel arrived on scene and began life saving measures without success. Deputies learned the decedent had previous medical history. No foul play is suspected.
