Arrested: Alma Hernandez 45 yoa female (Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence. Investigation revealed the suspect had battered her husband. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Arrested: Tyler Holder 22 yoa male Albuquerque
Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police in reference to a highly intoxicated male. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation which revealed the male had consumed intoxicating beverages at Cities of Gold and then drove to the Kicks 66 gas station. Subject conducted SFST's and showed signs of impairment. He was arrested and provided a breath sample which revealed a .17/.16 breath alcohol content. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered location in March of 2022 and took several items. Victim located a potential suspect and arraigned to have the items returned. Suspect failed to return items.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Deputies learned that on March 16, 2023, the above suspect gained unlawful entry into the home. The suspect took a Dewalt Pressure washer, two drills, and two Dewalt batteries. The victim stated he is unsure of the exact location of the suspect or his date of birth.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a male not conscious and not breathing. Deputies arrived on scene and attempted lifesaving measures. Deputies and medics were unable to revive the male. No signs of foul play. OMI was contacted and took over investigation.

On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a protection order violation. Upon arrival, the suspect was located. It was found she had violated an active order of protection. During the investigation, it was found the suspect had two active bench warrants. The warrants were confirmed to be valid and she was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked without incident.

Contact was made with the female and it was found she had two active bench warrants. The warrants were confirmed to be valid and she was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle committing a traffic infraction. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver. During the contact, it was learned the driver had an active bench warrant. The warrant was confirmed to be valid and he was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked accordingly and without incident.
