Deceased: 55 year old male
Deputies responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist of a male subject not conscious and not breathing. CPR was in progress and medics arrived on scene and continued CPR, which there were no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play. The descendant suffered from several medical ailments. Case is under investigation.

On Monday, December 13th, 2021 deputies were patrolling the above area when they were approached in regards to a larceny. The victim advised the above suspect had stolen an item out of the bed of his pickup truck. The suspect was located and the suspect fled on foot. The suspect was later apprehended without incident. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On 12-12-21 someone stole the victim's vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot at the location, No suspect information at this time.

A physical altercation took place where the suspect refused to let the victim leave, took her keys and cellphone by force, and attempted to steal her vehicle then battered her. He fled on foot from the location and a warrant was drafted for his arrest.

Vehicle: 2011 grey in color enclosed EWLC Utility Trailer (NM/72641TRJ)
On Saturday, December 11th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Contact was made with the victim and they advised the above trailer was stolen from the location between 2 and 4pm on 12-11-2021. Inside the trailer was approximately $10,000 worth of music equipment. The trailer does have decals on it which say "The Grove." The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.
