On Wednesday, September 7th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a female who was not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, the female was located deceased. OMI was summoned and based on the investigation, the death appeared to be of natural causes. No signs of foul play.

On 9-6-2022, Deputy V. Baca responded to a residence on the above roadway reference to criminal damage. Deputy Baca learned an unknown person(s) spray painted vulgar wards on the residence causing damage. The damage is estimated between $5,000 to $15,000. At this case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the Casa Rufina Apartments at 1:00 a.m. It was reported the subject left the residence intoxicated on foot and had not returned home. A check of the area was conducted with negative results. Subject was entered into NCIC as a missing person. Investigation is on-going.
Case # 2022005123 Possession of a controlled substance 09-04-22

Arrested: Kimberly Rivera aka Kimberly Armendariz 48 yoa female
During a patrol of the area, attempting to locate a missing person; the suspect was found asleep in her vehicle. In plain view deputies located suspected fentanyl and crack cocaine in the suspects lap as she slept. She was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: Tesuque Road (Tesuque)
Arrested: Catherine Ruff 34 yoa female (Denver Co)
Subject was stopped by Tesuque Tribal Police regarding a stop sign violation. TTPD asked for assistance as the subject showed signs of impairment and she was not a native american. Deputy Gioffredo arrived on scene and observed signs of impairment through field sobriety testing. Subject was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample. She was booked into SFADC without incident.

DECEASED: 77-YEAR-OLD/ SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT/ HISPANIC MALE
On 9-1-2022, Deputy Ronald Lopez responded to a cardiac arrest at a residence of a 77-year-old Hispanic Male. The male was suffered a cardiac arrest and CPR was unsuccessful. Office of Medical Investigator responded and took over the unattended death investigation. Deputy Lopez did not find any signs of foul play. This case is still under investigation.

On Wednesday, August 31st, 2022, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found in possession of narcotics. Upon arrival, it was found that the suspect had suspected fentanyl on her person. She was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
